“Fiber Boom!” Banana Breakfast Smoothie

This banana breakfast smoothie is very nutritious, rich in fibers and above all, delicious! Give it a try! It will become your favorite breakfast smoothie!
Serves: 2-3
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsps of the amazing seeds mix (you should make this in advance – mix raw sesame, poppy, amaranth, flax and sunflower seeds and place them in a jar; add in smoothies or in raw desserts)
  • water, as needed (just add enough to blend then add some more if necessary; it depends on how thick or liquid you want your smoothie to be)
  1. Add all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Bananas with black spots are perfect for this; I read an article a couple of days ago and I found out that the riper bananas are the better! They seem to develop a certain enzyme which is anti-carcinogenic and really good for your health! So don’t throw away those ugly bananas! Store them in your freezer or make this smoothie right away!
