This vegan chocolate ice cream has a rich chocolate taste and a creamy texture, plus it's ready in less than 10 minutes! Learn how to make it, below.
Serves: 2-3
  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 2 Tbsps high-quality cocoa powder
  • some walnuts, lightly toasted
  1. Cut frozen bananas into slices and put them in the blender.
  2. Process until smooth. Add cocoa and process some more.
  3. Serve right away, with toasted walnuts on top, or store it in an air-tight container, in the freezer.
