Vegan Chicken Tikka Masala

100g TSP chunks (textured soy protein) 1 cup coconut milk, full-fat - cream 1 Tbsp lime or lemon juice 5 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp sesame oil green onions, chopped salt, to taste Tikka Masala Spices: 1 tsp coriander seeds, ground 1 tsp cumin seeds, ground 1 Tbsp paprika powder 3 tsp turmeric powder ¼ tsp nutmeg, ground ¼ tsp cardamom, ground ¼ tsp cinnamon powder ¼ tsp pepper, ground Boil the TSP chunks in a pot for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the garlic and coconut milk. Add the boiled TSP chunks and the spices. Simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Add the lemon or lime juice. Depending on how thin you want the sauces to be, add a little bit more water. Serve with basmati rice and chopped scallions on top.
