Yes, you can make a delicious, decadent and creamy vegan creme brulee in no time! The best part? It looks and tastes exactly like the real deal!
Serves: 2
  • For the cream:
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp Madagascar vanilla extract
  • ½ Tbsp agar agar flakes
  • 1 tsp caramel extract
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • For the topping:
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp coconut blossom syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chopped pecan
  1. Add all the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a simmer, stirring continuously.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat before boiling.
  4. Make sure all the ingredients are creamy and fully incorporated.
  5. Let the cream cool for about 2 minutes, while continuing to stir.
  6. Pour the creme brulee into 2 silicone forms and let them set in the fridge for about 3 hours or overnight.
  7. Discard each creme brulee on a serving plate. Top with ½ Tbsp coconut syrup and ½ Tbsp coconut sugar and chopped pecans. Enjoy!
