Spicy Chili and Mint Yogurt Dip

This chili mint yogurt dip recipe was inspired by one of Jamie Oliver's recipe and it's perfect for pouring over some oven-roasted veggies!
Serves: 4-6 servings
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • a handful of chopped, fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 chilies, sliced
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped mint leaves, sliced chilies and spices.
  3. Blend well and serve with olive oil on top.
