Best Gluten-Free Muesli Breakfast

This is the best gluten-free muesli breakfast I've ever tried! It does not only taste amazing, but it is also super-rich in vitamins, minerals, and fibers!
Serves: 1 serving
  • ½ cup Schar Gluten-Free Fruits Muesli Mix
  • 1 tsp carob or cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp golden flax seeds (whole or ground; preferably ground)
  • 1 Tbsp dry berries of choice (I used goji and gooseberries - my favorite!)
  • 3-4 raw almonds or other nuts of choice
  • stevia powder (or other healthy sweeteners])
  • fresh fruit slices (optional)
  • 1 cup vegan milk of choice (nuts, seeds, soy milk or banana milk)
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add veg milk of choice.
  3. Sweeten with stevia extract and top with some fresh fruit slices.
  4. Enjoy!
Banana milk:
  1. Blend 1 banana with 1 cup of water. That's it! It's delicious!
