Practic cuptorul face toata treaba: amesteci totul in robot, torni in forma si lasi compozitia sa se inchege la copt. Este genul de desert pe care il prepari cu putine ingrediente, dar care iese cremos, parfumat si frumos la taiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Azi a fost prima oara cand am folosit dovleac intr-un desert si pot spune sincer ca m-am indragostit de aroma sa! Initial imi doream sa fac un desert raw vegan, insa m-am gandit ca dovleacul nu este la fel de dulce si aromat daca nu este gatit. Daca dovleacul tau este foarte apos, lasa-l sa se scurga bine dupa coacere, altfel compozitia ramane prea moale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina de migdale<\/strong> da structura si o textura catifelata, fara sa fie nevoie de faina alba. <strong>Laptele de cocos<\/strong> aduce cremozitate si o nota subtila de cocos, iar <strong>siropul de artar<\/strong> indulceste fara zahar rafinat. <strong>Stafidele<\/strong> se ascund la mijloc si dau muscaturi dulci pe ici-colo, in timp ce <strong>fulgii de cocos<\/strong> presarati la final dau aspectul de tort si un plus de aroma. Daca ai un steamer sau un cuptor cu aburi, taie dovleacul cubulete si gateste-l la aburi 20 de minute, apoi coace tortul tot la aburi alte 20-25 de minute. Daca nu, varianta clasica la cuptor merge la fel de bine: coci cubuletele de dovleac 20 de minute, le pui in robot impreuna cu indulcitorul, faina de migdale si laptele de cocos, mixezi pana obtii o crema fina, torni jumatate in forma, presari stafidele, completezi cu restul compozitiei si coci totul la 180C inca 20-25 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indiferent de metoda, testul scobitorii este cel mai sigur indiciu ca tortul e gata: intepi compozitia in centru si, daca scobitoarea iese curata, poti scoate forma din cuptor. Daca iese cu compozitie umeda lipita, mai lasa-l cateva minute si testeaza din nou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce se leaga acest tort fara blat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul este combinatia dintre faina de migdale si dovleac. Faina de migdale absoarbe umiditatea dovleacului si a laptelui de cocos si, la caldura, leaga compozitia intr-o textura densa, asemanatoare unei placinte fara crusta. De aceea reteta nu are nevoie de blat sau de oua: dovleacul copt, redus si concentrat in aroma, plus grasimea din migdale si cocos, fac structura sa se inchege singura. Tocmai pentru ca dovleacul gatit este mai dulce si mai aromat decat cel crud, varianta la cuptor functioneaza mai bine aici decat una raw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa iasa de fiecare data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alege un dovleac dulce si dens (de placinta) si scurge-l bine de apa dupa coacere, ca sa nu lasi compozitia prea moale.<\/li><li>Mixeaza in robot pana la o crema complet neteda &#8212; bucatile de dovleac nemixate raman vizibile in tort.<\/li><li>Pune stafidele exact la mijloc, intre cele doua straturi de compozitie, ca sa nu cada toate la fund.<\/li><li>Nu sari peste testul scobitorii: marginile se intaresc primele, dar centrul are nevoie de timpul lui.<\/li><li>Raceste tortul complet inainte de a-l taia. Pentru ca se serveste rece, e perfect de pregatit din timp: il poti face cu o zi inainte, iar a doua zi aromele de dovleac si cocos sunt si mai bine asezate. Daca vrei sa il pastrezi mai mult, poti felia tortul si congela portiile, apoi le lasi sa se dezghete la frigider inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Langa o felie merge minunat o cana de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pumpkin-spice-latte-cu-dovleac\/\">pumpkin spice latte cu dovleac<\/a> sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-dovleac-super-antioxidant\/\">smoothie de dovleac<\/a>, pentru un mic dejun sau o gustare de toamna pe deplin in tema.
