Am incercat sa fac reteta originala de gomboti cu prune pe cat de sanatoasa posibil, micsorand cantitatile de ulei si nefolosind zahar rafinat, ci inlocuitori sanatosi precum zaharul de curmale si mierea. Ma bucur de fiecare data sa o ajut cand prepara si ea aceasta reteta. Reteta de gomboti&nbsp;cu prune este una dintre retetele mele preferate. Pur si simplu nu ma satur de ele atunci cand le fac!<\/p><p>De ce credeti oare ca nu am si o poza de grup cu toate galustile? Ei bine&#8230; le-am mancat. Nu doar eu bineinteles, eu si cu tata! Amesteca ingrediente-le pana formeaza o pasta lipicioasa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-213563-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Amesteca scortisoara, vanilia, extractul de rom si zaharul si adauga cate o lingurita sau jumatate de lingurita in fiecare pruna.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-213563-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Incinge o lingura de ulei intr-o tigaie si adauga peste pesmetul. Rumeneste-l cu grija cteva minute. Atentie sa nu se arda. Pune-l apoi intr-o farfurie sa se raceasca.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-213563-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Imparte coca in doua. Ruleaz-o cu un facalet si impart-o in portii micute pentru galusti, cat sa poti baga pruna in ele. Ia fiecare portie si formeaza o bila. Aplatizeaza bila si pune pruna in centru. Acopera pruna cu coca. Sfat: Cel mai bine este sa ai mainile acoperite cu faina ca sa nu ti se lipeasca galustile. Adauga un praf de sare. Cand apa a dat in clocot, pune galustile in oala. Daca vezi ca galustile se prind de fundul oalei, tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa o agiti un pic. Lasa-le sa fiarba vreo 5 minute.
