Reteta este vegana si recreeaza textura crocanta a snitelelor clasice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trebuie sa recunosc ca nu ma prea omor eu dupa soia, insa din cand in cand parca mi se mai face pofta de textura snitelelor. M-am obisnuit cu delicioasele snitele de pui gatite de parintii mei si, din cand in cand, chiar poftesc textura lor crocanta si gustul de carne. Atunci nu cedez tentatiei &#8212; imi fac aceste snitele de soia cu verdeturi si pofta dispare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pregatesc mai ales cand stiu ca tin post sau cand vreau ceva care sa imite preparatul din copilarie, fara sa folosesc carne. Mixul de ierburi uscate face toata diferenta: fara el, texturatul de soia ramane fad, asa ca aici nu fac economie. Le servesc cu o salata verde sau cu niste cartofi natur si masa este completa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceasta reteta e potrivita daca ai nevoie de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O reteta <strong>de post<\/strong> care sa imite textura crocanta a snitelelor clasice, fara carne.<\/li>\n<li>Un fel de mancare bun pentru <strong>inceputul unei diete vegetariene sau vegane<\/strong>, cand inca ti se face pofta de preparate din carne.<\/li>\n<li>O idee rapida cand vrei ceva satios, dar nu ai chef sa stai mult la aragaz dupa ce ai fiert texturatul.<\/li>\n<li>Un preparat <strong>fara lactate si fara oua<\/strong>, complet vegan, pe care il poti adapta usor si pentru cei care nu consuma gluten.<\/li>\n<li>Un meniu de pranz sau cina pe care il completezi cu o garnitura nutritiva (salata, cartofi natur, legume la cuptor).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Textura crocanta convingatoare<\/strong> &#8212; snitelele se prajesc doar 3-4 minute pe fiecare parte si capata o crusta aurie, fara sa fie inecate in ulei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Putine ingrediente<\/strong> &#8212; texturat de soia, faina, sare si un mix de ierburi uscate. Atat ai nevoie pentru un rezultat gustos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complet vegana<\/strong> &#8212; nu folosesc nici ou, nici lapte, asa ca este perfecta pentru post si pentru cei care evita produsele de origine animala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se prajesc cu foarte putin ulei<\/strong> &#8212; nu in baie de ulei, asa ca ies mai usoare decat snitelele clasice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usor de personalizat<\/strong> &#8212; schimbi ierburile dupa gust si poti folosi faina integrala sau faina fara gluten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iti potolesc pofta de preparate din carne<\/strong> &#8212; exact pentru asta le fac eu, cand mi se face pofta de ceva crocant si savuros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Texturat de soia (felii\/snitele)<\/strong> &#8212; baza retetei. Pentru aceste snitele alege feliile mari, nu granulele marunte, fiindca doar ele iti dau forma si textura de snitel. Texturatul de soia este uscat si trebuie rehidratat prin fierbere; cu cat il fierbi mai bine, cu atat se inmoaie complet si nu mai ramane tare sau cauciucat la mijloc. Cauta la cumparare un produs care nu are miros intepator si pastreaza-l intr-un loc uscat, fiindca absoarbe usor umezeala din aer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mixul de ierburi uscate<\/strong> (oregano, rozmarin praf, cimbru, patrunjel) &#8212; aici se ascunde tot gustul. Texturatul de soia este in sine destul de neutru, asa ca ierburile sunt cele care transforma snitelele dintr-un preparat fad intr-unul aromat. Rozmarinul macinat fin se distribuie mai uniform in faina decat acele intregi, iar oregano si cimbrul dau acea nota care aminteste de preparatele savuroase din carne. Foloseste ierburi cat mai proaspat uscate &#8212; cele vechi de peste un an isi pierd uleiurile aromate si nu mai au acelasi efect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina integrala (sau faina fara gluten)<\/strong> &#8212; formeaza crusta crocanta in jurul fiecarui snitel. Faina integrala da un gust putin mai plin si o culoare mai inchisa, in timp ce o faina fara gluten merge la fel de bine daca ai nevoie. Important este ca snitelele sa fie bine scurse inainte de a le trece prin faina: daca sunt prea umede, faina se umezeste si nu mai face crusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea<\/strong> &#8212; o lingurita amestecata direct in faina cu ierburi. O adaug in amestecul uscat, nu peste snitele, ca sa se distribuie uniform. Texturatul de soia fiert in apa simpla este fad, asa ca sarea din crusta este cea care da gust intregului snitel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul<\/strong> &#8212; cat este necesar, dar niciodata in baie de ulei. Snitelele se prajesc intr-un strat subtire de ulei, suficient cat sa nu se lipeasca de tigaie. Asa ies mai usoare, iar dupa prajire le asez pe servetele de hartie ca sa absoarba grasimea in exces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fierbe bine texturatul.<\/strong> Cele 20-25 de minute nu sunt optionale: stii ca snitelele sunt gata cand sunt moi complet, fara miez tare. Daca le scoti prea devreme, raman cauciucate la mijloc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scurge-le foarte bine.<\/strong> Cea mai frecventa greseala este sa lasi snitelele imbibate cu apa. Apasa-le cu o spatula in strecuratoare pana iese tot lichidul &#8212; altfel faina nu se prinde si nu faci crusta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa-le sa se raceasca putin.<\/strong> Snitelele fierbinti si umede sunt greu de manipulat si rup stratul de faina. Cateva minute de racire le fac mult mai usor de trecut prin amestecul uscat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu aglomera tigaia.<\/strong> Prajeste cateva snitele odata, in strat subtire de ulei, ca temperatura sa nu scada. Stii ca este momentul sa le intorci cand crusta de jos este aurie si crocanta, dupa 3-4 minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pune ierburi din belsug.<\/strong> Texturatul de soia are nevoie de aroma, asa ca nu fi zgarcit cu mixul de ierburi uscate. El face diferenta dintre un snitel fad si unul savuros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Versiune si mai crocanta:<\/strong> daca nu tii neaparat sa fie vegane, poti folosi ou plus pesmet in loc de faina, exact cum mentionez si in nota retetei. Crusta iese si mai crocanta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara gluten:<\/strong> inlocuieste faina integrala cu o faina fara gluten. Reteta merge la fel de bine, asa ca o poti face si pentru cei care nu consuma gluten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte ierburi:<\/strong> mixul de oregano, rozmarin, cimbru si patrunjel este doar un punct de plecare. Poti adauga busuioc, boia dulce sau usturoi praf pentru un gust diferit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pesmet panko:<\/strong> pentru o textura extra crocanta, foloseste pesmet panko in locul fainii (sau peste un strat subtire de faina), daca alegi varianta cu pesmet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Snitelele de soia sunt cele mai bune proaspat prajite, cat sunt inca crocante. Daca iti raman, pastreaza-le la frigider intr-un recipient inchis 2-3 zile si reincalzeste-le in tigaie sau la cuptor, nu la microunde, ca sa-si recapete crocanta.
