Sunt ideale pentru cei care tin post si nu numai!<\/em><\/p><p>Trebuie sa recunosc ca nu ma prea omor eu dupa soia, insa din cand in cand parca mi se mai face pofta de textura snitelelor. M-am obisnuit cu delicioasele snitelele de pui gatite de parintii mei si din cand in cand chiar poftesc textura lor crocanta si gustul de carne. Snitele de soia sunt foarte bune daca sunteti la inceputul unei diete vegetariene sau daca tineti post si vi se face pofta de preparate din carne.<\/p><p>Snitelele nu sunt foarte nutritive si ofera&nbsp;mai mult sau mai putin doar calorii goale, insa daca vreti sa va faceti pofta le puteti pregati din cand in cand cu o garnitura gustoasa si nutritiva cum ar fi o salata sau niste cartofi natur. Asa ca daca vi se face pofta de niste snitele de pui, nu cedati si preparati aceste snitele de soia cu verdeturi mai degraba!<\/p><p>Soia, la fel ca si carnea, ofera o cantitate generoasa de proteine, dar, spre deosibire de carne, nu contine multe grasimi si nu are nici umpic de colesterol. De aceea, produsele de soia sunt un substitut excelent pentru carne, sau chiar mai bun, deoarece ofera mai multi nutrienti buni decat rai.&nbsp;De asemenea, soia&nbsp;este un substitut ideal pentru orice fel de carne, pentru ca nu are un gust puternic si absoarbe rapid orice condiment sau sos.<\/p><p>Sper ca aceasta reteta sa va placa la fel de mult ca si mie! folosindu-se o spatula pentru a le apasa. Se lasa sa se raceasca un pic.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-176396-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Snitelele se trec prin amestecul de faina si ierburi dupa care se pun la prajit, 3-4 minute pe fiecare fata. Nu trebuie folosit mult ulei.
