Nici nu stiu de ce nu am incercat sa fac paste in casa mai devreme! E atat de placut tot procesul. Gustul usor usturoiat al gnocchi combinat cu aroma puternica a sosului de paste cu tofu se completeaza perfect!<\/p><p>Eu am inceput sa mananc foarte mult tofu, aproape zilnic. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andreearaicu.ro\/sanatate\/nutritie\/ghid-de-nutritie\/regimul-vegetarian\/tofu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Tofu e super-bun pentru sanatate<\/strong><\/a> (daca este nemodificat genetic, bineinteles). Nu numai ca reprezinta o sursa bogata de proteine, dar este si foarte bun la gust! De obicei manac fie tofu simplu, fie tofu cu ardei sau marar.
