Sunt foarte bucuroasa ca am reusit sa creez o branza vegana cu adevarat buna. A trebuit sa testez reteta de vreo 4 ori inainte sa ii nimeresc textura si gustul dorit.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"737\" height=\"1045\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/How-to-make-stretchy-vegan-mozzarella-cheese-recipe-melt.gif\" alt=\"cum sa faci branza mozzarella vegana\" class=\"wp-image-10198\"\/><\/figure><\/div><p>Am fost inspirata de reteta creata de&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/vedgedout.com\/2013\/03\/11\/individual-vegan-margherita-pizzas-with-homemade-fresh-moxarella-cheese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>@VedgedOut<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;si am inceput experimentul folosind-o ca baza de pornire. Am modificat cantitatile, raporturile dintre ele si am adaugat ingrediente noi. Rezultatul mi-a depasit complet asteptarile!<\/p><p>Daca aveti un blender sau un robot performant, atunci branza topita va fi extra-fina. Eu nu am folosit un blender performant, asa ca puteti vedea in poze ca nu s-a pulverizat complet caju. Mi-a fost dor de el&#8230; Dupa cum vedeti in poza de mai sus, branza asta chiar se topeste! De asemenea, am facut si mici bilute de mozzarella vegana pe care le-am pus la frigider pentru mai tarziu. Le puteti felia si pune in salate, pe pizza sau in sandvisuri. Am facut acest lucru pentru ca am dorit sa creez un <strong>sos de branza topita<\/strong> perfect pentru paste (vedeti video-ul de mai sus), dar in acelasi timp sa pot crea si <strong>bilute de mozzarella<\/strong> pe care sa le pot pastra mai usor la frigider. Pentru sosul de branza topita aveti nevoie de cantitati mai mici de ingrediente.
