Blatul de pizza fara gluten pe care il prepar eu este cu totul special: am descoperit o reteta super simpla, care nu necesita framantare, dospire sau intindere cu facaletul. Mai mult, blatul iese exact asa cum imi place mie &#8212; crocant la exterior si suficient de pufos la interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cand am descoperit varianta asta de blat am inceput sa fac pizza de casa mult mai des, iar combinatia verde de aici a devenit cu siguranta una dintre retetele mele preferate de pizza. Serios, nu as fi crezut daca mi s-ar fi spus asta. Eu sunt fan masline oricum, dar maslinele umplute cu usturoi de aici au fost ceva de vis, asa ca vi le recomand cu drag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceasta reteta e potrivita daca ai nevoie de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O pizza complet fara gluten, sigura pentru celiaci si pentru cei cu intoleranta la gluten, daca folosesti faina si drojdia fara gluten din reteta.<\/li>\n<li>O varianta vegana, fara lactate si fara oua, in care tofu ras tine locul cascavalului topit.<\/li>\n<li>O cina rapida pentru serile in care nu ai chef de framantat: blatul se face din lingura, in 5 minute, fara dospire.<\/li>\n<li>O modalitate de a strecura legume verzi (spanac si broccoli) intr-o masa pe care o mananca cu placere si copiii, si adultii.<\/li>\n<li>Un fel principal de impartit cu prietenii, care arata spectaculos pe masa datorita culorii verzi intense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Blat gata in 5 minute<\/strong> &#8212; fara framantat, fara dospire si fara facalet. Un mix universal de buna calitate are deja in compozitie amidonuri si agenti de legare (de obicei guma xantan), care imita rolul glutenului si tin coca laolalta. De aceea conteaza enorm ce mix folosesti: cu un alt amestec, blatul s-ar putea sa nu mai iasa la fel, iar cu faina cu gluten reteta se comporta complet diferit. Verifica pe ambalaj sa fie un mix &#8220;all-purpose&#8221; sau pentru paine si pizza, nu o singura faina (de orez sau de naut) folosita simplu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apa calda<\/strong> nu este un detaliu de neglijat. Trebuie sa fie calduta, in jur de 40 de grade, nici rece, nici fierbinte. Apa prea fierbinte omoara drojdia, iar cea rece o tine adormita. Daca o simti placuta cand iti pui degetul in ea, ai nimerit temperatura buna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Drojdia fara gluten de la Schar<\/strong> ajuta blatul sa creasca putin si sa nu iasa ca o lipie tare. Foloseste un plic proaspat, in termen de valabilitate: drojdia veche isi pierde din putere si blatul ramane plat. Pastreaz-o intr-un loc uscat pana o folosesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu simplu sau afumat<\/strong> este &#8220;branza&#8221; acestei pizza. Eu prefer varianta afumata, pentru ca, data pe razatoarea mare, capata un gust ca de cascaval afumat care se potriveste perfect cu legumele verzi. Cand cumperi tofu, alege un bloc ferm, nu silken\/moale, ca sa se poata da pe razatoare fara sa se faca pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spanacul si broccoli<\/strong> se folosesc aici decongelate, in cubulete si bucatele, deci ai mereu la indemana in congelator. Pune-le din timp la decongelat si, daca lasa multa apa, stoarce-le usor inainte sa le pui pe pizza, altfel blatul se inmoaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pesto-ul vegan<\/strong> tine loc de sos si aduce toata aroma de busuioc. Citeste eticheta cu atentie, pentru ca multe variante clasice de pesto contin parmezan; alege unul marcat vegan sau fa-l in casa, ca sa ramana reteta fara lactate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maslinele umplute cu usturoi<\/strong> sunt detaliul care ridica pizza. Eu sunt fan masline oricum, dar astea umplute cu usturoi au fost ceva de vis: aduc o nota sarata si aromata care echilibreaza dulceata legumelor. Le pui intregi sau taiate in jumatati, dupa cat de pronuntat vrei gustul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/making-vegan-pizza.gif\" alt=\"cum sa faci pizza vegana\" class=\"wp-image-10522\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coca trebuie sa iasa extrem de lipicioasa si moale &#8212; asa este corect, nu te speria si nu adauga faina in plus ca sa o &#8220;indrepti&#8221;. Tocmai umezeala asta face blatul pufos la interior.<\/li>\n<li>Nu incerca sa o intinzi cu mainile de la inceput. Toarn-o in mijlocul tavii si intinde-o circular cu dosul lingurii, dinspre interior spre exterior, pana capata o forma rotunda.<\/li>\n<li>Cand blatul are deja forma, unge-ti mainile cu putin ulei si modeleaza-i marginile. Daca incepe sa ti se lipeasca de degete, mai unge-le cu ulei &#8212; e cel mai simplu truc impotriva lipiciului.<\/li>\n<li>Intinde pesto-ul subtire si uniform cu lingura inainte sa pui legumele, ca sa nu ramana zone uscate de blat.<\/li>\n<li>Coace la temperatura medie aproximativ jumatate de ora. Gustul afumat lipseste, dar textura ramane aceeasi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte legume verzi<\/strong> &#8212; poti inlocui broccoli cu mazare sau cu sparanghel, sau adauga rucola proaspata dupa coacere, pentru o nota piperata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Masline simple<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu gasesti masline umplute cu usturoi, foloseste masline negre sau verzi obisnuite si adauga un catel de usturoi tocat in pesto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pesto facut in casa<\/strong> &#8212; daca vrei controlul total asupra ingredientelor, prepara-ti pesto-ul vegan din busuioc, ulei de masline, nuci si drojdie inactiva in loc de parmezan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pizza verde este cea mai buna proaspat scoasa din cuptor, cat blatul e inca crocant. Daca ramane, pastreaz-o la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 1-2 zile. Pentru reincalzire foloseste cuptorul sau o tigaie pe foc mic, nu cuptorul cu microunde &#8212; altfel blatul fara gluten se inmoaie si isi pierde crocanta. Poti pregati blatul si din timp: amesteci coca, o intinzi in tava si o tii la frigider o ora-doua pana esti gata sa adaugi toppingurile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut combinatia, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pizza-vegana-fara-gluten-vinete-dovlecei\/\">pizza vegana fara gluten cu vinete si dovlecei<\/a> pentru o varianta tot vegetariana, dar cu legume de vara. Iar daca vrei sa folosesti acelasi mix de faina si la altceva, arunca o privire pe reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-fara-gluten-negrilica-chimen-negru\/\">paine fara gluten cu
