De atunci am inceput sa ador branzeturile vegane si am testat mai multe retete &#8212; am facut paste cu branza la cuptor, crema de branza cu verdeturi si acum aceste minunate sandvisuri cu branza vegana topita!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce iti trebuie pentru sandvisuri cu branza vegana topita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are doar patru ingrediente, asa ca fiecare conteaza. Iata la ce sa fii atent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Branza mozzarella vegana<\/strong> &#8212; cheia retetei. Foloseste o branza vegana care se topeste cu adevarat (cea facuta in casa pe baza de amidon de tapioca da cel mai bun fir elastic). Orice paine fara gluten tip sandvis merge, cat timp feliile sunt suficient de ferme sa tina umplutura.<\/li><li><strong>Leurda<\/strong> &#8212; cateva frunze tocate per sandvis aduc o nota usor usturoiata, primavaratica. Diferenta o face amidonul: o branza vegana pe baza de tapioca sau cartof, incalzita lent, formeaza gelul care da textura aceea care se intinde. De aceea sandvisul are nevoie de caldura constanta, nu de foc mare &#8212; daca exteriorul se arde inainte ca interiorul sa se incalzeasca, branza ramane tare. Da-i timp, la foc mediu, si lasa caldura sa patrunda pana in centru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le faci, pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unge feliile de paine si sandwich makerul cu ulei de masline. Asaza branza si leurda intre felii, apoi pune sandvisurile in aparat si lasa-le pana se rumenesc si branza se topeste. Daca vrei ceva si mai consistent, merg de minune si langa o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pizza-vegana-fara-gluten-vinete-dovlecei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pizza vegana fara gluten<\/a> taiata in bucatele mici, ca aperitiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideea e sa le faci pe loc, pentru ca painea isi pierde din crocant daca stau. Daca totusi ramane, pastreaza sandvisurile in frigider, intr-o cutie inchisa, maximum o zi si reincalzeste-le tot in tigaie sau in sandwich maker, nu la microunde &#8212; caldura uscata le readuce crocantul, in timp ce microundele le inmoaie. Iar daca ai prins gustul branzeturilor vegane fara gluten, incearca si o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-umpluta-cu-branza-verdeturi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">paine umpluta cu branza si verdeturi<\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-de-cartofi-cu-branza-paprika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tarta de cartofi cu branza si paprika<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceste sandvisuri, lasa-mi un comentariu si spune-mi ce branza vegana ai folosit si daca s-a topit asa cum trebuie &#8212; iar
