Mai multe detalii despre acest show culinar autohton, in randurile de mai jos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Luni, 19 octombrie, TV Paprika va lansa cel mai nou show gastronomic local, numit<strong> \u201eCuloare \u00een farfurie\u201d<\/strong>. Spre exemplu, el face retete cu hribi toamna, iar iarna se bazeaza mai mult pe legume specifice, precum radacinoase si conopida. Emisiunea ii va inspira pe telespectatori sa prepare tot felul de retete inedite, precum crema de telina, conopida cu pastrav afumat si hrean sau piure de telina cu vanilie si migdale, ca sa enumar doar cateva dintre ele. Suna bine, nu-i asa?<\/p>\n<p>Radu Dumitrescu are o istorie lunga si complexa in spate. Acum un deceniu, Radu era director de banca, meserie pe care a schimbat-o pe cea de bucatar, in Spania. Apoi, cand s-a intors in tara, a invatat de la Razvan Exarhu si si-a deschis si doua localuri in Bucuresti. A urmat emisiunea, unde el invita oameni din industria in care activeaza (HoReCa), pe care isi doreste sa-i faca cunoscuti. Cateva exemple sunt Dragos Gurarosie, care are un foodtruck cu sandwich-uri si este cel ce organizeaza festivalurile BurgerFest si Bucharest Craft Beer Festival, sau Ioan Bebeselea, bucatar-\u0219ef la restaurantul SyndicatGourmet Sibiu.
