Baza este facuta din cartofi si morcovi fierti, iar fulgii de drojdie inactiva ii dau acel gust de branza. M-am lasat inspirata de reteta lui Lindsay (<a href=\"http:\/\/veganyumminess.com\/vegan-nacho-cheese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Vegan Nacho Cheese<\/strong><\/a>), pe care am adaptat-o si am modificat-o pana cand a iesit exact asa cum imi doream. Uleiul de masline aduce onctuozitate, iar sarea leaga totul. Dupa ce ai mixat totul intr-o pasta fina si ai adaugat apa putin cate putin pana ai o crema semi-lichida, pune sosul intr-o tigaie la foc mediu si amesteca incontinuu. Vei vedea cum incepe sa se ingroase si sa devina lipicios &#8212; aceasta este reactia fainii de tapioca cu caldura. Nu te opri din amestecat, pentru ca tapioca se poate lipi de fund si poate face cocoloase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adauga apa de la legume treptat: e mai usor sa subtiezi un sos gros decat sa ingrosi unul prea lichid.<\/li><li>Tine focul la mediu, nu mare &#8212; tapioca se activeaza si la temperatura moderata, iar focul prea iute poate arde sosul pe fund.<\/li><li>Amesteca inca vreo 10 minute dupa ce s-a ingrosat, ca sa fie complet omogen si elastic.<\/li><li>Daca vrei un gust mai intens de branza, mai pune un strop de suc de lamaie sau inca o lingura de fulgi de drojdie la final si guta.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce se potriveste si cum il servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai la indemana, il torni cald peste un bol de nachos, alaturi de guacamole si salsa. Pe masura ce se raceste, se va intari &#8212; e normal, pentru ca tapioca se leaga la rece. Cand vrei sa il refolosesti, incalzeste-l usor intr-o tigaie sau la microunde, adaugand putina apa sau lapte vegetal si amestecand pana redevine cremos si se intinde din nou. Daca ti-a placut, il poti folosi mai departe la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-cu-branza-vegana-la-cuptor\/\">paste cu branza vegana la cuptor<\/a> sau intr-un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-branza-vegana-topita-fara-gluten\/\">sandvis cu branza vegana topita fara gluten<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci reteta, abia astept sa imi spui cum ti-a iesit!
