A mers de minune. Sosul care imbraca atat de bine chipsurile tortilla se transforma intr-o sosa cremoasa care se prinde perfect de paste, asa ca am ramas cu o reteta noua pe care o pregatesc ori de cate ori vreau ceva consistent si fara batai de cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce iti trebuie pentru paste cu sos de branza vegana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista de ingrediente este scurta, iar vedeta este sosul. Ai nevoie de aproximativ 150 g de sos de branza vegana pentru nachos (adica jumatate din cantitatile retetei de baza), 250 g de paste, jumatate de lingurita de fulgi de chili, doua fire de ceapa verde maruntita (sau arpagic \/ chives) si, optional, niste chipsuri tortilla pentru crocant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru paste am folosit fusilli fara gluten de la Schar, pentru ca forma rasucita retine foarte bine sosul gros, dar poti folosi orice tip de paste preferi. Daca nu ai nevoie de varianta fara gluten, merg la fel de bine si pastele clasice din grau. Fulgii de chili sunt cei care dau acea nota usor iute, asa ca ii poti doza dupa cat de picant iti place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum prepari pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pune pastele la fiert conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj, in apa cu sare. Intre timp, pregateste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-de-branza-vegana-pentru-nachos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sosul de branza vegana pentru nachos<\/a> dupa reteta de baza, folosind jumatate din cantitati. Serveste imediat, cat sosul este cald si cremos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucuri ca sa iasa perfecte de fiecare data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sincronizeaza-ti timpii: ideal este ca sosul sa fie gata in acelasi timp cu pastele, ca sa le poti combina imediat. Sosul de branza vegana se ingroasa pe masura ce se raceste, asa ca daca a stat putin, mai adauga o lingura, doua de apa fierbinte de la fierberea pastelor si amesteca pana revine la consistenta cremoasa. Apa de paste contine amidon si ajuta sosul sa adere mai bine de fiecare fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu fierbe pastele prea tare: lasate al dente, raman ferme si nu se inmoaie cand le amesteci cu sosul cald. Gusteste inainte de servire si ajusteaza sarea si fulgii de chili dupa preferinta, pentru ca intensitatea sosului poate varia in functie de reteta de baza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le poti servi si ce alte retete sa incerci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru ca sunt destul de consistente, pastele acestea merg foarte bine alaturi de o salata verde simpla sau de niste legume la cuptor, care echilibreaza cremozitatea sosului.
