Ai nevoie de banane si capsuni congelate, lapte de soia si putina stevia, totul aruncat in blender pana cand obtii o crema fina si racoroasa. Este desertul perfect pentru o zi torida de vara, dar suficient de sanatos cat sa il bei si la micul dejun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M-am indragostit de noul meu blender Optimum 9200 si l-am testat tocmai pe aceasta reteta, ca sa vad cum se descurca la fructele congelate. Chiar imi era putin teama in aceasta privinta, fiindca sunt patita cu blenderul trecut, care s-a stricat de 2 ori exact din acest motiv. De data asta a zdrobit perfect fiecare bucata, fara nicio bucatica de gheata ramasa in pahar. Bananele congelate sunt cele care dau textura aceea cremoasa, ca de inghetata, fara sa fie nevoie de gheata sau de vreun adaos gras. Foloseste banane bine coapte, cu coaja patata, taiate rondele inainte de a le baga la congelator &#8212; vor fi mai dulci si se vor zdrobi mai usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru acest milkshake am folosit lapte de soia de la brand-ul meu preferat, Inedit, si indulcitor stevia stick de la Green Sugar. Pe ambele le folosesc frecvent si le recomand. Stevia are 0 calorii si tocmai de aceea o aleg, insa daca preferi alt gust poti pune si miere, sirop de artar sau agave, dupa gust. Cele 8 capsuni congelate aduc aciditatea si culoarea roz care echilibreaza dulceata bananelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum obtii textura perfecta, fara bucati de gheata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adauga toate ingredientele in blender si proceseaza-le aproximativ 20 de secunde, pana cand amestecul devine perfect fin. Cheia este sa torni lichidul (laptele de soia) peste fructele congelate, nu invers &#8212; asa lamele prind mai usor bucatile inghetate si nu se blocheaza. Daca blenderul tau nu este foarte puternic, opreste-l si amesteca o data cu o spatula la jumatatea procesului, apoi reia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vrei o consistenta mai groasa, ca de milkshake clasic? Foloseste mai putin lapte de soia. Daca il preferi mai bautabil, mai apropiat de un smoothie, mai adauga putin lichid. Daca trebuie sa il pregatesti din timp, tine porzii de banane si capsuni feliate in pungi separate la congelator si pune totul in blender chiar inainte de servire. Asa ai mereu ingredientele pregatite si treaba e gata in mai putin de un minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut combinatia cremoasa de banane congelate, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-banane-cu-seminte\/\">smoothie-ul de banane cu seminte<\/a> sau varianta cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-cu-unt-de-arahide-si-banane\/\">unt de arahide si banane<\/a> pentru un mic dejun mai consistent. Pentru o doza de fructe in plus, merge minunat si un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-caise-banane\/\">smoothie de caise si banane<\/a>. Iar daca vrei sa transformi seara intr-un desert raw mai elaborat, am o reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-raw-vegan-de-ciocolata-cu-zmeura\/\">tort raw vegan de ciocolata cu zmeura<\/a> care merge de minune cu acelasi mood racoros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci acest milkshake, spune-mi in comentarii ce raport de banane si capsuni ai gasit
