Se prepara simplu: pastarnacul se coace la cuptor impreuna cu ceapa, usturoi si rozmarin, apoi se blenduieste cu supa de legume si smantana lichida de orez pana devine o crema fina si delicioasa.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pastarnacul este una dintre cele mai subestimate radacinoase, cel putin la noi in Romania. De obicei il vedem taiat cubulete in baza unei supe de legume, fiert alaturi de morcovi, telina si ceapa &#8212; si cam atat. Dar pastarnacul poate insemna mult mai mult decat atat! Aroma lui unica iese cu adevarat la iveala abia atunci cand este copt la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tocmai de aceea aceasta reteta incepe cu cuptorul, nu cu oala. Coacerea transforma pastarnacul &#8212; devine dulce, usor caramelizat, cu o aroma profunda si parfumata pe care simpla fierbere nu o poate reproduce. Atat. Alege radacini ferme, fara pete sau zone moi. Curata-le bine si taie-le cubulete aproximativ egale, astfel incat sa se coaca uniform la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa galbena<\/strong> &#8212; O ceapa galbena taiata se adauga direct pe tava de copt impreuna cu pastarnacul. La cuptor devine dulce si usor caramelizata, contribuind la adancimea aromei supei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; Doi catei de usturoi taiati merg pe tava alaturi de celelalte legume. Copt, usturoiul capata un gust mai bland si mai dulce decat crud, fara amaraciunea specifica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rozmarin proaspat<\/strong> &#8212; O lingurita de rozmarin proaspat adauga o nota aromatica erbacea care se potriveste perfect cu pastarnacul. Daca nu ai rozmarin proaspat, poti folosi si uscat, dar in cantitate mai mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Supa de legume<\/strong> &#8212; Folosesti 1 litru de supa de legume sau apa simpla pentru a ajusta consistenta la blender. Supa de legume adauga mai multa savoare, dar apa simpla functioneaza bine daca vrei o aroma mai curata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smantana lichida de orez<\/strong> &#8212; 250 ml de smantana lichida de orez (de exemplu, Alpro) este secretul cremozitatii acestei supe. Este 100% vegana si are un gust neutru, asemanator smantanii clasice pentru gatit. Poti folosi orice marca preferi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline extra virgin<\/strong> &#8212; Doua linguri de ulei de masline se adauga peste legumele de pe tava inainte de coacere. Daca pui prea multe legume strans unele langa altele, se vor inabusi in loc sa se rumeneasca. Foloseste doua tavi daca e nevoie.<\/li>\n<li>Verifica pastarnacul dupa 30 de minute &#8212; in functie de cuptor si de marimea cubuletelor, poate fi gata in 30 sau poate necesita 40 de minute. Trebuie sa fie moale si usor auriu la margini.<\/li>\n<li>Adauga supa de legume treptat la blender, nu toata deodata, astfel controlezi consistenta finala. Daca preferi o supa mai groasa, pune mai putina lichida; pentru o supa mai subtire, adauga mai mult.<\/li>\n<li>Menta proaspata la final nu e doar decorativa &#8212; adauga o nota de prospetime care echilibreaza dulceata pastarnacului copt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Smantana lichida de orez<\/strong> &#8212; o poti inlocui cu smantana lichida de cocos pentru un gust usor exotic, sau cu smantana lichida de ovaz ori de soia. Toate variantele vegane functioneaza bine in aceasta reteta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rozmarinul<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu iti place rozmarinul, poti folosi cimbru proaspat sau uscat. Cimbrul are o aroma mai blanda si se potriveste la fel de bine cu pastarnacul copt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supa de legume<\/strong> &#8212; apa simpla functioneaza ca inlocuitor daca nu ai supa pregatita. Poti adauga si un cub de supa de legume dizolvat in apa calda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pastarnac + alte radacinoase<\/strong> &#8212; poti combina pastarnacul cu morcovi sau cartofi dulci pentru a varia aroma si culoarea supei. Pastreaza pastarnacul ca ingredient principal si adauga o radacinoasa secundara in proportie de 1:1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta supa crema de pastarnac se pastreaza excelent la frigider timp de 3-4 zile intr-un recipient inchis ermetic. Reincalzeste-o pe aragaz la foc mic, amestecand din cand in cand, sau la microunde. Daca supa s-a ingrosat dupa ce a stat la rece, adauga putina supa de legume sau apa pentru a o aduce la consistenta dorita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti coace legumele cu o zi inainte si le pastrezi la frigider. A doua zi blenduiesti totul cu supa de legume si smantana &#8212; economisesti timp si ai cina pe masa in cateva minute. Supa crema se poate congela pana la 3 luni. Lasa-o sa se dezghete in frigider peste noapte, apoi reincalzeste-o usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac supele crema, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-morcovi-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de morcovi cu ghimbir<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-dulci-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de cartofi dulci cu ghimbir<\/a> &#8212; amandoua sunt vegane si la fel de usor de preparat.
