Se prepara dintr-un singur vas, are o aroma calda, usor picanta, si se serveste cu suc proaspat de lamaie si iaurt vegan deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acum ca sezonul rece si-a intrat complet in atributii, imi place ca totul sa fie cat mai confortabil. Haine confortabile, paturici confortabile si mancare reconfortanta. Si ce se potriveste mai bine acestei descrieri daca nu un castron cu supa crema fierbinte? Am facut foaaarte multe supe crema in trecut pe care le-am impartasit cu voi aici pe blog si mi-au placut tare mult absolut toate, dar simteam ca nu am folosit in niciuna dintre ele unul dintre ingredientele mele preferate: fasolea rosie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eh, daca e sa fiu sincera, eu am mai preparat o ciorba de fasole inainte si a iesit foarte buna, atat de bine incat v-o recomand pentru meal prep (pregatirea meselor in avans). un castron cu supa crema fierbinte cand vrei sa te incalzesti din interior.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meal prep pentru toata saptamana<\/strong> &#8212; se gateste intr-un singur vas si se pastreaza excelent, exact ca ciorba de fasole pe care o recomand pentru pregatirea meselor in avans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O sursa buna de proteine vegetale<\/strong> &#8212; fasolea rosie face supa satioasa fara carne si fara lactate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un pranz sau o cina usor picanta<\/strong> &#8212; ardeiul chili si ghimbirul dau caldura si caracter, fara sa fie agresive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O reteta de post si complet vegana<\/strong> &#8212; fara niciun ingredient de origine animala, potrivita si pentru perioadele de post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Se face intr-un singur vas.<\/strong> Totul fierbe impreuna in aceeasi cratita, apoi se paseaza &#8212; este vedeta acestei supe si sursa principala de proteine. Eu folosesc fasole uscata inmuiata peste noapte, fiindca isi pastreaza mai bine forma si textura cremoasa dupa fierbere, dar daca te grabesti poti folosi fasole la conserva in cantitate dubla (pentru ca cea uscata se dubleaza la inmuiere). Cand cumperi fasole uscata, alege boabe lucioase, intregi, fara crapaturi sau pete albe &#8212; fasolea veche fierbe inegal si ramane tare la mijloc. Inmuierea peste noapte scurteaza timpul de fierbere si o face mai usor de digerat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa rosie<\/strong> &#8212; da dulceata si profunzime bazei de supa. O tai marunt ca sa se topeasca in lichid in timpul fierberii lungi. Alege o ceapa ferma, cu coaja uscata si fara pete moi; o ceapa rosie proaspata are un gust mai bland si mai dulce decat cea galbena, perfect pentru o crema fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosii la conserva si pasta de tomate<\/strong> &#8212; impreuna formeaza coloana de aroma a supei. Conserva de rosii cubulete aduce lichid si aciditate, iar lingura de pasta de tomate concentreaza gustul si da culoarea rosie intensa. Cauta o pasta de tomate cu un singur ingredient (rosii), fara zahar sau aditivi adaugati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; cei trei catei fierb intregi marunt cu restul si parfumeaza toata supa. Fiert lung, usturoiul isi pierde din ascutime si devine dulceag. Alege capatani tari, cu cateii bine prinsi; daca au inceput sa incolteasca, scoate mugurele verde din mijloc ca sa nu amareasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ghimbir<\/strong> &#8212; lingurita de ghimbir taiat marunt aduce o caldura proaspata care echilibreaza greutatea fasolei. Alege o radacina ferma, cu coaja neteda si lucioasa; cea zbarcita este veche si fibroasa. Il poti razui usor cu o lingurita in loc de cutit, ca sa nu pierzi din miez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ardei chili<\/strong> &#8212; fierbe intreg in supa si se scoate inainte de pasare, ceea ce inseamna ca infuzeaza aroma si o caldura blanda fara sa faca supa iute de nesuportat. Asa controlezi exact cat picant ramane. Pentru servire poti adauga inca putin ardei chili proaspat deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suc de lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; cele doua linguri se adauga la final, dupa pasare, si sunt detaliul care face supa sa straluceasca. Aciditatea proaspata ridica toate celelalte arome si taie din senzatia greoaie a fasolei. Foloseste lamaie stoarsa pe loc, nu suc din comert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inmoaie fasolea peste noapte.<\/strong> Greseala clasica este sa fierbi fasole neinmuiata &#8212; ramane tare la mijloc chiar dupa ore intregi. Inmuiata, fierbe uniform si pana la capat. Stii ca e gata cand o bob se striveste usor intre degete, fara rezistenta in centru.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fierbe la foc mic, cu rabdare.<\/strong> Cele 2-3 ore la foc mic nu sunt optionale &#8212; aici se inmoaie fasolea si se infuzeaza aromele. Daca dai focul prea tare, apa scade prea repede si fasolea ramane crocanta. Verifica periodic si completeaza cu apa fierbinte daca scade sub nivelul legumelor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scoate ardeii chili inainte de blender.<\/strong> Daca ii lasi si ii pasezi, supa devine mult mai iute decat ai vrea si nu mai poti da inapoi. Scosi intregi, ti-au dat deja aroma si caldura controlata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paseaza supa fierbinte cu grija.<\/strong> Lasa putin abur sa iasa si nu umple blenderul pana sus &#8212; lichidul fierbinte impinge capacul. Se pastreaza la frigider 3-4 zile intr-un recipient inchis si, sincer, a doua zi e si mai buna &#8212; aromele se aseaza si se rotunjesc peste noapte. La reincalzire, da-i un foc mic si adauga putina apa fierbinte daca s-a ingrosat prea mult, fiindca fasolea continua sa absoarba lichid. Se congeleaza foarte bine pana la 3 luni; decongeleaza la frigider si reincalzeste lent, amestecand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si in caz ca va place fasolea rosie la fel de mult cum imi place mie si incercati sa o includeti mai des in dieta voastra, va recomand sa incercati si acesti <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burgeri-cu-quinoa\/\">mini-burgeri cu quinoa si fasole rosie<\/a>, precum si aceasta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placinta-ciobanului-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">placinta a ciobanului cu cartof dulce<\/a> care contine si ea niste fasole rosie in
