Se framanta rapid si se coc la 180 de grade C in doar 10-12 minute, asa ca ai o gustare calda, satioasa si complet vegetala in mai putin de jumatate de ora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Imaginati-va: biscuiti pufosi, facuti cu ingrediente sanatoase, de post, plini de arome minunate. Iata cum puteti face cei mai buni biscuiti sarati cu usturoi!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inca de cand a inceput sezonul rece, imi place momentul acela cand vine seara si stiu ca mi-am terminat deja toate treburile pe ziua respectiva. Atunci imi place tare mult sa stiu ca am un castron de biscuiti sarati cu usturoi proaspeti si aromati, gata sa fie infulecati atunci cand simt nevoia unei gustari rapide intre mese. Sunt, pentru mine, definitia confortului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi plac la nebunie biscuitii dulci si dovada sunt multiplele retete pe care le-am facut in trecut si pe care le-am impartit cu voi aici, pe blog. Dar biscuitii astia sarati sunt cea mai recenta obsesie a mea si cred ca i-am pregatit deja de trei ori doar saptamana asta. de 30 de minute de la idee pana in farfurie.<\/li>\n<li>O optiune de post sau complet vegetala, fara branza, oua sau unt din lapte.<\/li>\n<li>Un biscuit fara gluten potrivit pentru celiaci sau pentru cei cu sensibilitate la gluten non-celiaca.<\/li>\n<li>Ceva sarat si satios langa o supa calda sau o crema de legume, in serile reci.<\/li>\n<li>O reteta iertatoare cand nu ai chef de framantat ore in sir si vrei rezultat sigur din prima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sunt gata foarte repede.<\/strong> Se coc in doar 10-12 minute, asa ca ai biscuiti calzi pe masa aproape inainte sa apuci sa speli bolul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aroma e generoasa, nu plictisitoare.<\/strong> Usturoiul proaspat, paprika afumata si mixul italian de ierburi dau un gust intens, departe de biscuitul fad de la pachet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunt complet vegetali si de post.<\/strong> Branza vegana, smantana vegana si untul vegetal inlocuiesc lactatele fara sa pierzi din cremozitate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu contin deloc gluten.<\/strong> Faina de cocos ii face perfecti pentru celiaci sau pentru oricine evita glutenul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunt iertatori la format.<\/strong> Pe mine nu ma intereseaza foarte mult ca mancarea sa arate perfect, asa ca ii formez cu mana sau cu ajutorul unei linguri si tot ies grozavi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se preteaza minunat la gustari.<\/strong> Un castron langa canapea, intr-o seara rece, e exact confortul de care ai nevoie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina de cocos<\/strong> este baza retetei si se comporta complet diferit de faina obisnuita: absoarbe enorm de mult lichid, asa ca nu o inlocui cantitativ cu alta faina si nu adauga lichid in plus din proprie initiativa. Cauta o faina de cocos fina, fara cocoloase, si pastreaz-o intr-un recipient inchis ermetic, fiindca trage usor umezeala. Daca aluatul ti se pare prea uscat, lasa-l doua-trei minute sa se hidrateze inainte sa mai adaugi ceva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza vegana rasa<\/strong> este ingredientul care da caracterul de biscuit &#8220;cheesy&#8221;. La intrebarea ce face diferenta aici, raspunsul meu este: branza vegana rasa, desigur! Alege una care se topeste bine la cuptor, ca sa obtii acel interior fraged. Rade-o tu, proaspat, in loc sa cumperi varianta deja rasa, fiindca aceasta din urma are adesea amidon adaugat care poate usca aluatul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul vegetal<\/strong> trebuie sa fie rece, direct din frigider, taiat cubulete mici. Acesta este secretul texturii pufoase: bucatelele de unt rece se topesc abia in cuptor si lasa in urma mici buzunare de aer care fac biscuitul fraged. Daca untul se inmoaie in timp ce lucrezi, baga bolul cinci minute la frigider inainte sa continui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smantana vegana<\/strong> aduce umezeala si o usoara aciditate care leaga aluatul. Foloseste-o rece si incorporeaz-o prin impaturire, nu prin amestec energic, ca sa nu pierzi aerul din compozitie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul proaspat<\/strong> maruntit (doua catei) este sufletul retetei. Folosindu-l proaspat, nu sub forma de pudra, obtii o aroma vie si rotunda. Marunteste-l fin, ca sa se distribuie uniform si sa nu ramana bucati prea mari care s-ar arde la coacere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paprika afumata, mixul italian de ierburi si mararul<\/strong> sunt ceea ce ridica aroma. Eu am ales sa creez o reteta putin mai clasica, asa ca m-am limitat la paprika afumata si condimente italienesti. Paprika afumata aduce o nota usor afumata, fara picant, asa ca verifica eticheta sa nu cumperi din greseala varianta iute (hot).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lucreaza untul repede.<\/strong> Integreaza cubuletele de unt rece in faina cu varful degetelor, rapid, ca sa nu se topeasca de la caldura mainilor. Cea mai frecventa greseala este sa freci aluatul prea mult: vrei o textura cu firimituri, nu o pasta neteda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu amesteca prea mult dupa branza si smantana.<\/strong> Le incorporezi prin metoda de impaturire si te opresti imediat ce compozitia s-a legat. Daca amesteci excesiv, biscuitii ies tari in loc de pufosi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa faina de cocos sa se hidrateze.<\/strong> Daca aluatul pare prea sfaramicios, asteapta doua-trei minute inainte sa decizi ca ai nevoie de mai mult lichid. Faina de cocos absoarbe in timp.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca sunt gata cand<\/strong> marginile devin aurii si suprafata e uscata la atingere, undeva la 10-12 minute. Mararul poate fi inlocuit cu patrunjel proaspat tocat fin, pentru o nota mai blanda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nivelul de usturoi.<\/strong> Pentru o aroma mai intensa, urca la trei-patru catei sau adauga putin usturoi granulat pe langa cel proaspat. Pentru ceva mai delicat, ramai la doi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Branza vegana.<\/strong> Orice branza vegana care se topeste bine functioneaza. O varianta cu gust de cheddar da o nota mai pronuntata, una neutra lasa usturoiul si paprika in prim-plan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smantana vegana.<\/strong> Daca nu ai la indemana, o poti inlocui cu iaurt vegetal neindulcit, gros. Evita variantele apoase, ca sa nu schimbi consistenta aluatului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biscuitii se pastreaza cel mai bine intr-un recipient inchis ermetic, la temperatura camerei, doua-trei zile. Daca vrei sa-i tii mai mult, baga-i la frigider pana la cinci zile si incalzeste-i scurt in cuptor inainte de servire, ca sa-si recapete textura frageda. Aluatul format se poate congela crud: aseaza biscuitii pe o tava, congeleaza-i, apoi muta-i intr-o punga si coace-i direct din congelator, adaugand cateva minute la timpul de coacere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac gustarile sarate de post, arunca un ochi si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gustari-de-post-retete\/\">alte gustari de post<\/a> de pe blog, ori incearca varianta clasica de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/scones-vegane\/\">scones vegane<\/a>.
