Pe cat pare de banala, pe atat e de aromata si are ceva cu totul special. Sau poate sunt eu innebunita dupa tarhon si mi se pare Dumnezeiesc gustul lui alaturi de fasole! <\/p><p>Am invatat reteta asta de mancare de fasole cu tarhon de la mama mea. Inmuierea fasolei peste noapte ii poate reduce timpul de gatire si o poate face mai digerabila. Cu toate acestea, este posibil ca unele retete si metode de gatit sa nu necesite inmuiere si pur si simplu o poti gati pentru o perioada mai lunga fara inmuiere.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce trebuie sa se gateasca fasolea atat de mult?<\/h3><p>Fasolea necesita un timp mai lung de gatire, in primul rand pentru ca aceasta contine compusi naturali numiti inhibitori de tripsina si fitohemaglutinina, care pot fi toxici daca nu sunt gatiti corespunzator.
