In timp ce mancam o felie si ma bucuram de aroma ei, mi-am dat seama ca in sfarsit am prins viteza la preparatele coapte fara gluten. Blatul iese de fiecare data fraged si nu cere niciun fel de truc complicat. Mie chiar imi convine ca aluatul e asa cum e, pentru ca nu mai e nevoie sa il intind cu facaletul &#8212; il torni pur si simplu in forma si il presezi cu o furculita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele de care ai nevoie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are doua parti: blatul si toppingul. Pentru blat folosesti faina fara gluten, ulei de cocos la temperatura camerei, putina apa si bicarbonat de sodiu. Eu am folosit faina fara gluten de la Schar si, desi este cea mai simpla (si ieftina) dintre fainurile lor, sunt foarte incantata de ea &#8212; am folosit-o si la chec, pandispan, pizza si tarta asta, si s-a descurcat exceptional pana acum. Daca nu o gasesti, merg la fel de bine si MixIt sau MixB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru topping ai nevoie de tofu scurs, busuioc proaspat maruntit, usturoi pisat ca pentru mujdei si rosii cherry taiate jumatate. Alege rosii cherry coapte si ferme, cu coaja intacta &#8212; ele isi pastreaza forma la cuptor si dau acel gust dulce-acrisor concentrat. Asa si trebuie sa fie &#8212; exact umiditatea aceea da o coca foarte frageda dupa coacere. Amesteca toate ingredientele pentru blat cu o furculita, apoi pune bolul la frigider cat pregatesti toppingurile. Racirea ajuta grasimea din uleiul de cocos sa se intareasca usor, astfel incat aluatul devine mai usor de modelat in forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei tarta super-rapid, treci direct la modelat. Daca vrei un aluat si mai usor de intins, lasa-l la frigider vreo 30 de minute. In ambele cazuri il presezi cu o furculita sau o lingura pe toata suprafata formei unse in prealabil cu putin ulei sau unt de cocos. O <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara-cu-rosii-cherry-coapte\/\">salata de vara cu rosii cherry coapte<\/a> reia frumos aroma rosiilor din tarta, iar daca vrei ceva cu mai mult caracter, o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-rosii-coapte-cu-tofu-afumat\/\">salata de rosii coapte cu tofu afumat<\/a> completeaza perfect tema. Daca te tine pofta de inca un preparat fara gluten la masa, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pizza-vegana-fara-gluten-vinete-dovlecei\/\">pizza vegana fara gluten cu vinete si dovlecei<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tarta se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient acoperit, 2-3 zile. O incalzesti cateva minute in cuptor ca sa redevina blatul crocant la margini; la microunde se inmoaie putin, dar e tot buna. Daca vrei sa o pregatesti din timp, poti tine aluatul la frigider si il poti asambla cu toppingul chiar inainte de copt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac retetele fara gluten,
