Se prepara dintr-un blat aerat pe baza de albusuri batute spuma si mix de faina fara gluten, peste un strat de visine fara samburi. Simpla, frumoasa la culoare si imposibil de uitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iubesc reteta asta de prajitura fara gluten cu visine! Bunica mea obisnuia sa imi faca prajitura cu visine cand eram mica, iar acum mama o mai prepara din cand in cand, adesea folosind si un mix de fructe de padure in loc de visine. Cel mai recent m-a surprins chiar mama prietenului meu cu ea. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inca de cand am renuntat la gluten, a fost atat de draguta incat a inceput sa imi gateasca special prajituri fara gluten. Weekendul trecut nu am rezistat si am rugat-o sa imi dea reteta ca sa o public pe blog. Reteta foloseste 5 oua, separate in albusuri si galbenusuri. Albusurile batute spuma tare dau volum si aerul care face blatul pufos, asa ca merita batute pana se formeaza varfuri ferme. Foloseste oua la temperatura camerei, se incorporeaza mai bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mixul de faina fara gluten<\/strong> inlocuieste faina clasica de grau. Sunt necesare 250 g. Alege un mix universal de panificatie, de preferat unul care contine deja un agent de legare precum guma xantan, ca blatul sa nu se faramiteze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul pudra<\/strong> &#8212; 250 g &#8212; da dulceata si ajuta la textura. In reteta originala s-a folosit zahar pudra, dar poti incerca stevia pudra, zahar de cocos sau orice alt indulcitor sanatos doresti, ajustand cantitatea dupa gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Visinele<\/strong> sunt vedeta retetei. Ai nevoie de 500 g visine cu samburii scosi. Pastreaza cateva visine deoparte pentru a decora prajitura la final. Aciditatea lor echilibreaza perfect dulceata blatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> &#8212; un pliculet &#8212; ajuta blatul sa creasca si sa ramana aerat in timpul coacerii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul<\/strong> &#8212; 3 linguri &#8212; intra in compozitie pentru a pastra blatul umed si fraged. Fiind o prajitura pufoasa cu fructe, este cel mai buna in primele zile, cat blatul ramane fraged. O poti coace si cu o zi inainte, iar visinele de decor le adaugi inainte de servire ca sa arate proaspete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile fara gluten, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-fara-gluten-vanilie-fructe\/\">acest tort fara gluten cu vanilie si fructe<\/a> sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-fara-gluten-cacao\/\">chec fara gluten cu cacao<\/a>. Pentru o varianta complet vegana, arunca un ochi si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/negrese-fara-gluten-vegane-si-fara-zahar\/\">negresele fara gluten, vegane si fara
