Este varianta de smoothie verde care chiar are gust bun &#8212; dulce, racoritor si fara aroma aceea de iarba care strica de obicei astfel de bauturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa fiu sincera, nu ma omor dupa smoothie-urile verzi. De fapt, nu imi plac mai deloc &#8212; majoritatea au gust de iarba, la propriu, iar textura este una neplacuta. Daca esti ca mine si nici tie nu iti plac smoothie-urile verzi in general, te asigur ca asta o sa iti placa. Bananele coapte sunt cele care duc toata bautura &#8212; cu cat sunt mai patate pe coaja, cu atat sunt mai dulci si mai cremoase, asa ca nu te grabi sa le folosesti cand inca sunt verzui. Spanacul baby este alegerea ideala aici fiindca are frunza frageda si o aroma mult mai blanda decat spanacul matur sau decat kale, deci se ascunde perfect in spatele bananelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pulberea de iarba de orz aduce culoarea verde intensa si nota vegetala, dar in doza mica (doua lingurite) ramane discreta. Menta proaspata si sucul de lime sunt cele care ridica totul: menta adauga prospetime, iar lime-ul taie eventuala senzatie de &#8220;iarba&#8221; si echilibreaza dulceata bananelor. Indulcitorul este complet optional &#8212; daca bananele sunt foarte coapte, probabil nu vei avea nevoie de el deloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il faci sa iasa cremos si racoritor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pui toate ingredientele in blender si le mixezi aproximativ 20 de secunde, pana se omogenizeaza complet. Daca blenderul tau e mai modest, incepe cu apa si verdeturile, mixeaza-le scurt, apoi adauga bananele si pulberea &#8212; asa eviti bucatelele de spanac ramase intregi. Eu am folosit blenderul Optimum 9200 pentru aceasta reteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru o textura mai groasa si mai rece, foloseste banane congelate sau adauga cateva cuburi de gheata si scade putin din apa. Daca il preferi mai subtire, mai mareste cantitatea de apa, lingura cu lingura, pana ajungi la consistenta care iti place. Daca vrei sa il iei cu tine, toarna-l intr-un borcan cu capac, umple-l pana sus ca sa ramana cat mai putin aer si tine-l la frigider maximum 24 de ore &#8212; scutura-l bine inainte sa bei, fiindca ingredientele se separa natural. Poti chiar sa portionezi fructele si verdeturile in pungute la congelator, ca dimineata sa nu mai ai decat de adaugat apa si de mixat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca te-ai indragostit de smoothie-uri verzi, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-caise-banane\/\">smoothie-ul de caise si banane<\/a> pentru o varianta mai dulce de vara, sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-hiperproteic-vegan\/\">smoothie-ul hiperproteic vegan<\/a> daca vrei ceva mai consistent dupa antrenament. Pentru si mai multa inspiratie, am adunat toate <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-smoothie\/\">retetele mele de smoothie<\/a> intr-un singur loc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci acest smoothie verde cu iarba de orz, lasa-mi un comentariu si spune-mi daca te-a convins &#8212; mai ales daca, la fel ca mine, pana acum fugeai de smoothie-urile verzi.
