Se face fara framantare si fara coacere oarba a blatului, asa ca este perfecta cand vrei ceva proaspat, satios si verde, fara sa stai ore in bucatarie. A fost <em>Ziua Culinara A Tartei<\/em> in fiecare zi! :)) Totul a inceput cu o surpriza facuta de Schar Romania, urmata de dorinta mea de a face foietaj fara gluten&#8230; rezultatul fiind unul catastrofal. Trebuia sa imi dau seama ca nu am eu rabdarea necesara pentru a face foietaj in casa&#8230; dar asta e o poveste pentru alta data. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pana la urma, pur si simplu ador tarta asta simpla. A fost clar una dintre tartele mele preferate din acea saptamana, iar combinatia de menta si mazare verde mi se pare de vis!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si rolul lor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta se imparte in doua: blatul fraged si toppingul cremos. Pentru blat ai nevoie de 150 g faina fara gluten (orice tip merge), 4 linguri ulei de cocos, 80 ml apa si o jumatate de lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu. Pentru topping folosesti 500 g mazare congelata, 250 g tofu scurs, o jumatate de cana de menta proaspata maruntita, o ceapa, doua lingurite de oregano si sare dupa gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Faina fara gluten<\/strong> &#8212; merge orice amestec ai la indemana. Cantitatea e masurata cu o cana de ceai mare, de circa 250 ml, asa ca daca masori cu cana, foloseste-o pe aceeasi si pentru apa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ulei de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; da blatului fragezime. Daca nu tii post sau nu vrei varianta vegana, il poti inlocui cu unt normal in aceeasi cantitate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tofu scurs<\/strong> &#8212; baza cremei. Scurge-l bine inainte, ca sa nu lase apa si sa dilueze toppingul. Cu cat e mai presat, cu atat crema iese mai densa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mazare congelata<\/strong> &#8212; nu trebuie dezghetata sau fiarta in prealabil; se gateste direct la cuptor, peste crema.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Menta proaspata si oregano<\/strong> &#8212; menta da prospetimea, oregano adanceste gustul cremei de tofu. Pune toate ingredientele pentru aluat intr-un bol si amesteca-le cu o furculita, apoi da bolul la frigider cat pregatesti toppingul. Pentru crema, pune tofu, ceapa, oregano si menta in robot si proceseaza pana devin o crema fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa fie super-rapid, treci direct la modelat. Daca vrei un aluat mai usor de intins, lasa-l la frigider inca vreo 30 de minute. Toarna aluatul intr-o forma de tarta unsa cu putin ulei sau unt de cocos. Vei vedea ca este foarte lipicios si umed &#8212; asa si trebuie, fiindca de aici vine fragezimea. Intinde-l pe toata suprafata formei cu o furculita sau o lingura. Adauga crema de tofu, niveleaz-o, presara mazarea, stropeste cu putin ulei de masline si coace tarta circa 30 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza blatul lipicios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fainurile fara gluten nu au reteaua elastica de gluten care leaga aluaturile clasice, asa ca un aluat mai umed si lipicios compenseaza tocmai lipsa acelei structuri: hidratarea mai mare tine blatul moale si fraged in loc sa-l usuce. De aceea nu trebuie sa-l framanti ca pe unul de paine si nici sa te sperii de textura. Adaug-o in crema spre final, ca sa nu se piarda aroma.<\/li>\n<li>Verifica blatul pe margini: cand s-a intarit si capata o usoara culoare, tarta e gata. Pentru o farfurie tot verde si proaspata, o asociez cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-mazare-verde-maioneza-de-avocado\/\">salata de mazare verde cu maioneza de avocado<\/a>, care reia frumos tema mazarei. Daca vrei un meniu intreg fara gluten, o supa cum e <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-mazare-verde\/\">supa crema de mazare verde<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-dulci-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de cartofi dulci cu ghimbir<\/a> face un inceput cald inainte de tarta. Iar daca esti in vena de mai multe tarte sarate fara gluten, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-de-paste-la-cuptor-tofu-fara-gluten\/\">tarta de paste la cuptor cu tofu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pastrare si pregatire din timp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tarta se pastreaza la frigider, acoperita, 2-3 zile si este la fel de buna rece a doua zi &#8212; crema de tofu se aseaza si se taie mai frumos in felii. O poti incalzi cateva minute in cuptor daca o preferi calda. Toppingul de tofu cu menta poate fi facut cu o zi inainte si tinut la frigider, ca sa asamblezi totul rapid. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceasta tarta cu mazare si menta, lasa-mi un comentariu cu cum ti-a iesit blatul lipicios la prima taietura si nu uita sa dai un rating retetei &#8212; imi
