Se obtine o pasta fina si catifelata, perfecta intinsa pe paine sau servita ca dip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am ajuns la aceasta reteta pornind de la salata mea clasica de vinete cu ceapa, dar mi-am dorit o textura mai fina, mai usoara, ca de mousse. Asa ca am trecut vinetele coapte prin robotul de bucatarie impreuna cu restul ingredientelor si rezultatul m-a cucerit din prima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gustul ramane apropiat de cel al salatei de vinete cu care am crescut, insa consistenta este complet diferita &#8212; super aerata si catifelata. Ai nevoie de 3 vinete, pe care le coci la tigaia grill pe fiecare parte, intorcandu-le din 10 in 10 minute ca sa se coaca uniform, pana capata o crusta neagra. Alege vinete ferme, grele si cu coaja lucioasa, pentru un miez dulce si fara amareala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; o ceapa maruntita aduce acel gust caracteristic salatei de vinete romanesti. Se mixeaza direct cu vinetele in robot, astfel incat se integreaza fin in crema, fara bucati mari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sucul de lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; doar sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie este suficient ca sa dea prospetime cremei si sa echilibreze gustul bogat al vinetelor coapte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> &#8212; 4 linguri de ulei de masline dau cremozitate si o aroma rotunda. Foloseste un ulei de masline extravirgin de buna calitate, pentru ca aroma lui se simte clar in produsul final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sumacul<\/strong> &#8212; o lingurita de sumac mixata in crema, plus un strop presarat deasupra la final, aduce o nota usor acrisoara si o culoare frumoasa, rosiatica. Aroma se intensifica dupa cateva ore de odihna la rece, asa ca o poti pregati cu o zi inainte si o scoti din frigider cu 15 minute inainte de servire, ca sa ajunga la temperatura camerei. Presara sumacul proaspat abia inainte de a o pune pe masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac aperitivele cu vinete coapte, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mutabal-salata-de-vinete-cu-tahini\/\">mutabal, salata de vinete cu tahini<\/a>, sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-vinete-marinate-la-borcan\/\">humusul cu vinete marinate la borcan<\/a>. Pentru o crema de legume in acelasi stil, dar din ardei copti, iti recomand si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/muhammara-crema-de-ardei-copti-nuci\/\">muhammara, crema de ardei copti cu
