Sunt micuti, dragalasi, dulci si am descoperit de curand ca merg de minune serviti cu sosuri pe baza de mustar si cimbru. Prima oara cand am facut un astfel de sos a fost de Craciun, cand am pregatit <a href=\"http:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulada-de-tofu-cu-ciuperci\/\">rulada de tofu<\/a> si am servit-o alaturi de o garnitura de morcovi baby. Mi-a placut la nebunie gustul, asa ca am folosit acel sos si ca dressing in salate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in salata cu morcovi baby<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta se sprijina pe cateva ingrediente bine alese, asa ca merita sa stii ce rol are fiecare. <strong>Morcovii baby congelati<\/strong> sunt deja curatati si calibrati, asa ca scapi de munca de razuit si taiat, iar la abur isi pastreaza dulceata si o textura ferma. <strong>Salata verde spalata si rupta in frunze<\/strong> aduce prospetimea si volumul, iar <strong>ceapa verde maruntita<\/strong> da o nota usor picanta care echilibreaza dulceata morcovilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dressingul este vedeta: <strong>mustarul<\/strong> ofera corp si caracter, <strong>siropul de artar<\/strong> aduce dulceata, <strong>uleiul de masline<\/strong> leaga totul, iar <strong>zeama de lamaie<\/strong> da aciditatea care face gustul viu. <strong>Cimbrul uscat<\/strong>, sarea si piperul negru rotunjesc aroma. Spre deosebire de fierberea in apa, aburul nu spala dulceata si culoarea morcovilor, asa ca raman portocalii intensi si frumos de fermi. Cele aproximativ 15 minute sunt punctul de echilibru: suficient cat sa devina fragezi, dar nu atat de mult incat sa se inmoaie si sa se rupa cand ii amesteci cu salata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verifica gradul de gatire intepand un morcov cu varful unui cutit: trebuie sa intre usor, dar morcovul sa isi pastreze forma. Pentru ca pornesti de la morcovi congelati, nu e nevoie sa ii dezgheti inainte &#8212; ii pui direct la abur. Daca nu ai cuptor cu aburi, o sita asezata peste o oala cu apa care fierbe, acoperita cu un capac, face aceeasi treaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum echilibrezi dressingul dulce-acrisor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheia unui dressing reusit este sa amesteci toate ingredientele intr-un bol pana se omogenizeaza, ca uleiul si zeama de lamaie sa formeze o emulsie cremoasa. Mustarul ajuta aici: pe langa aroma, are rol de emulgator si tine uleiul si aciditatea legate, asa ca dressingul nu se separa imediat pe farfurie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gustul ideal sta intre dulce si acrisor, asa ca ajusteaza-l dupa preferinta ta. Daca ti se pare prea acru, mai pune putin sirop de artar; daca vrei mai multa prospetime, adauga inca putina zeama de lamaie. Se completeaza frumos cu dulceata morcovilor si dressingul cu mustar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si sfaturi practice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata cu morcovi baby este cel mai buna proaspata, cat morcovii sunt inca usor calzi si frunzele crocante. Daca ti-au ramas resturi, pastreaza-le la frigider intr-un recipient inchis cel mult o zi &#8212; ai grija ca salata verde se inmoaie destul de repede odata ce a intrat in contact cu dressingul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru cel mai bun rezultat, tine separat componentele daca pregatesti din timp: aburesti morcovii, prepari dressingul si speli salata verde, apoi le combini abia inainte de masa. Dressingul singur se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider cateva zile intr-un borcanas inchis, asa ca poti face o portie dubla si sa o folosesti si la alte salate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci reteta, mi-ar placea sa stiu cum ti-au iesit morcovii aburiti si daca ai mers pe varianta cu mustar de Dijon sau cu boabe &#8212; lasa-mi o nota in comentarii
