Se prepara in cateva minute, este complet pe baza de plante si are exact echilibrul acela de dulce-acrisor care o face sa dispara prima de pe masa. Prima oara cand am gustat-o a fost la un Revelion si a fost pregatita de mama mea! De atunci o fac de fiecare data cand vreau ceva rapid si gustos pe masa de sarbatoare. Ii ador textura si gustul fresh in ciuda faptului ca e facuta cu maioneza, iar dulcele si acrul se imbina perfect in cazul asta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente folosesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea acestei salate sta in contrastul dintre ingrediente, asa ca fiecare are rolul lui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ciuperci champignon<\/strong> &#8212; spalate, feliate si fierte cca 15 minute. Sunt baza salatei si capata o textura moale, dar fermat dupa fierbere. Alege ciuperci tari, cu palaria inchisa si fara pete maronii.<\/li><li><strong>Porumb dulce din conserva<\/strong> &#8212; aduce dulceata si culoare. Scurge-l bine inainte sa-l adaugi.<\/li><li><strong>Castraveciori murati<\/strong> &#8212; partea acrisoara care taie din cremozitatea maionezei. Feliaza-i subtire.<\/li><li><strong>Salata verde si ceapa rosie<\/strong> &#8212; pentru prospetime si crocant. Mai intai speli si feliezi ciupercile, apoi le pui intr-o oala medie cu apa si le fierbi cca 15 minute, dupa care opresti focul. Cat timp fierb ciupercile, feliezi castraveciorii si toci mararul, salata si ceapa, pe care le pui intr-un bol mare. Adaugi porumbul, condimentele si maioneza vegana, scurgi bine ciupercile fierte si le adaugi in bol. La final amesteci totul si salata e gata de servit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secretul unei salate cu textura potrivita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai important pas este sa scurgi ciupercile foarte bine dupa fierbere si, ideal, sa le lasi sa se raceasca putin inainte sa le pui in bol. Ciupercile retin multa apa, iar daca le adaugi fierbinti sau insuficient scurse, vor lasa zeama si vor dilua maioneza, transformand salata intr-una apoasa. Tot din acest motiv merita sa scurgi bine si porumbul. Daca vrei o salata si mai ferma, lasa ingredientele sa se raceasca la frigider inainte de a le combina cu maioneza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Condimenteaza cu sare si piper la final si gusta inainte de servire &#8212; castraveciorii murati si maioneza aduc deja sare, asa ca e mai usor sa ajustezi din mers decat sa corectezi o salata prea sarata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata de ciuperci cu maioneza isi gaseste locul perfect pe o masa de aperitive reci, alaturi de alte salate cremoase precum <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-telina-cu-maioneza-de-avocado\/\">salata de telina cu maioneza de avocado<\/a> sau clasica <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-vegana-a-la-russe\/\">salata vegana a la russe<\/a>. Cu cat sta mai mult, cu atat ciupercile si salata verde lasa mai multa apa, asa ca este la cea mai buna forma proaspat facuta sau a doua zi. Daca stii ca o pregatesti din timp, poti fierbe ciupercile si taia legumele in avans, dar adauga maioneza abia inainte de servire, ca sa pastrezi textura cremoasa.
