Si fix asta ne dorim pentru un pui indian vegan perfect! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Daca vreti sa obtineti un pui in stil indian plin de sos cremos, atunci texturat de soia este optiunea ideala. Garam masala este un mix de condimente foarte bun si aromat ce se foloseste frecvent in preparatele indiene. Mixul este facut, de regula, din urmatoarele condimente rasnite intr-o pudra fina: chimion, cardamon, piper negru, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/biscuiti-cu-scortisoara\/\">scortisoara<\/a><\/strong>, cuisoare, nucsoara si coriandru. Puteti gasi garam masala in magazine de specialitate sau in magazinele online.<\/p><p>Ok, dar cum ramane cu numele? Acest preparat, in varianta lui originala, este cunoscut sub numele de\u00a0<em>butter chicken,\u00a0<\/em>butter insemnand unt. Dar eu nu am mentionat nimic de unt pana acum, deci despre ce este vorba? Ei bine, da, este nevoie si de unt pentru a prepara varianta originala dar, din fericire pentru toti cei ce <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dieta-vegana\/\">urmeaza o dieta vegana<\/a><\/strong>, exista o multitudine de optiuni pentru unt vegan\/vegetal in magazine. Eu am folosit si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-lapte-de-cocos\/\">lapte de cocos<\/a><\/strong> in aceasta reteta (pentru a inlocui smantana, desigur) ceea ce va oferi preparatului un gust si mai special. Un fel de mancare cremos, dens si extrem de aromat pe care toata lumea il va indragi, inclusiv cei ce consuma carne in mod regulat. Sunt sigura ca toti vor cere o a doua portie si nimeni nu va simti absenta carnii din compozitie &#8211; aceasta este o promisiune, daca vreti!<\/p><p>Acum ca stiti tot ce este de stiut despre bazele si condimentele necesare, haideti sa discutam un pic despre procesul de preparare. Vestea buna este ca acest pui in stil indian vegan are nevoie doar de jumatate de ora pentru a fi gata, ceea ce il face perfect pentru o cina in timpul saptamanii impreuna cu intreaga familie!<\/p><p>Imi place la nebunie sa servesc acest pui indian vegan cu putin coriandru proaspat si zeama de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-cu-lime-si-ciocolata\/\">lime<\/a><\/strong> deasupra. Este mult mai aromat si mai\u00a0<em>fresh<\/em> asa! Alternativ (si chiar mai bine, daca ma intrebati pe mine), puteti prepara niste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/orez-de-conopida\/\">orez de conopida<\/a><\/strong> drept garnitura pentru un fel de mancare chiar si mai sanatos. Sau puteti prepara putina <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-naan-vegana\/\">paine Naan indiana<\/a><\/strong>. Desi lista de condimente este destul de lunga, nu va panicati! Reteta in sine este foarte simpla si va fi gata in mai putin de jumatate de ora, asa cum am mentionat mai sus.<\/p><p>Gata, sa-i dam bataie.
