Si&#8230; cam atat!<\/p><p>Suna simplu, nu-i asa? Gulasul este cunoscut si in America dar, fara niciun fel de suparare, trebuie sa mentionez ca acesta nu prea are nicio treaba cu reteta traditionala ungureasca. La fel cum se intampla cu majoritatea retetelor faimoase, gulasul a suferit si el multe transformari de-a lungul timpului in diverse colturi ale lumii. In Statele Unite gulasul este servit de regula ca o tocana, cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-cremoase-cu-hummus\/\">multe paste<\/a><\/strong> si multa vita, multe rosii si chiar si cascaval deasupra.<\/p><p>Blasfemie? Probabil, dar eu nu voi judeca aceste lucruri. Pana la urma, fiecare se poate bucura de mancare asa cum ii place; voiam doar sa va spun ca un gulas traditional este putin&#8230; diferit de cel american.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Si pentru ca imi place la nebunie un gulas bun, am decis sa transform reteta originala in varianta ei de post. Pana la urma, de ce nu? Sunt sigura ca restul retetelor de pe blogul meu v-au convins cu brio ca ORICE fel de mancare poate fi transformat intr-unul vegan\/de post fara sa pierdem din aromele originale si valorile nutritionale. Am decis sa inlocuiesc cubuletele de vita din reteta originala cu cubulete din texturat de soia de data aceasta deoarece cred cu tarie ca acestea &#8220;mimeaza&#8221; tare bine textura carnii. Si sunt extrem de multumita de rezultat!<\/p><p>Cand vine vorba de un gulas cu adevarat bun, paprika (boia) este esenta si cel mai important lucru. Dupa ce calim ceapa si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/vinete-rumenite-la-cuptor-cu-usturoi\/\">usturoiul<\/a><\/strong> intr-o tigaie pana ce sunt translucide, este timpul sa adaugam condimentele, iar paprika este &#8220;vedeta&#8221; aici. Iar daca vreti sa duceti totul la un cu totul alt nivel, puteti folosi boia afumata in locul celei clasice. Este o mare diferenta, credeti-ma pe cuvant! \ud83d\ude09<\/p><p>Gulasul traditional se serveste de obicei asa cum este, poate uneori doar cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-cu-malai-cornbread\/\">putina paine<\/a><\/strong> langa. Dar reteta mea de astazi este o supa gulas mai degraba decat o tocanita, deci este ceva mai lichida. Ce-ti mai poti dori de la un gulas de post? Iar aroma este pur si simplu de neintrecut. Eu cred ca un castron mare de gulas fierbinte este solutia perfecta pentru o zi mohorata sau o seara ploioasa. Va invit sa va faceti comozi pe canapea in timp ce va bucurati de un fel de mancare reconfortant! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Indiferent daca locuiti in Europa Centrala sau nu, eu va recomand sa incercati un gulas de casa macar o data in viata. Va promit ca nu veti regreta! Si este o reteta tare buna pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-mancare-de-post\/\">mesele in familie<\/a><\/strong>, atunci cand toti cei dragi sunt adunati in jurul mesei, asteptand ceva delicios de mancat. Cand le veti &#8220;dezvalui&#8221; acest gulas de post, sunt sigura ca vor fi cu totii impresionati! Iar daca va simtiti un pic lipsiti de inspiratie, acest gulas de post merge de minune chiar si de sarbatori &#8211; de Craciun de exemplu. Tocmai de aceea recomand aceasta reteta si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-ieftine\/\">studentilor sau familiilor cu un buget mic<\/a><\/strong> pentru mancare &#8211; si este foarte buna si pentru meal prep.<\/p><p>Daca stau sa ma gandesc bine, acest gulas de post seamana un pic cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-cu-fasole-rosie\/\">supa mea de fasole<\/a><\/strong> sau cu aceasta <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ciorba-de-varza\/\">ciorba de varza<\/a><\/strong> pentru ca toate trei sunt foarte satioase si gustoase, desi fiecare are o aroma si o textura diferita.<\/p><p>V-am convins? Eu sper ca da! Daca raspunsul este pozitiv si planuiti sa preparati acest gulas de post curand, atunci va rog sa nu uitati sa reveniti aici si sa-mi spuneti cum v-a iesit si daca v-a placut. Sunt tare curioasa!
