Spre deosebire de celelalte retete de humus de pe blog, pe aceasta am facut-o de la 0! Asta inseamna ca nu am mai folosit naut la conserva, asa cum fac de obicei, din lene. \ud83d\ude1b<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ador <a href=\"\/\/event.2performant.com\/events\/click?ad_type=quicklink&amp;aff_code=534e1509b&amp;unique=861f9e301&amp;redirect_to=https%3A\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare-nuci-seminte\/solaris\/7328-seminte-pentru-salata-250gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>mixul de seminte pentru salata de la Solaris<\/strong><\/a>! E combinatia perfecta de&nbsp;seminte, si dupa cum se vede, poate fi folosit si la alte preparate, nu numai la salate! Combinatia dintre humusul fin si semintele crocante a fost super! Stropit din belsug cu ulei de masline extravirgin presat la rece, acest humus mi-a gadilat intradevar papilele gustative! Sper sa va placa si voua!<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Pentru aceasta reteta am folosit produse <strong><a href=\"\/\/event.2performant.com\/events\/click?ad_type=quicklink&amp;aff_code=534e1509b&amp;unique=861f9e301&amp;redirect_to=https%3A\/\/vegis.ro\/produse\/solaris\/filtre\/cauta-solaris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Solaris<\/a><\/strong>, nautul, tahini, uleiul de masline si mixul de seminte le gasiti la ei pe site si in magazine. Am pus linkurile mai jos.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Daca vreti direct reteta, dati scroll mai jos. Pentru foodies, am pregatit si cateva cuvinte despre humus si istoria acestei retete minunate!<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un pic de istorie!<\/h2><p>Cred ca este important sa ne informam despre originea lucrurilor care ne plac in viata. In primul rand, cuvantul \u201chumus\u201d inseamna \u201cnaut\u201d, pana aici nimic spectaculos. De fapt este dificil sa urmaresti originea acestui fel de mancare si sunt destule dezbateri pe aceasta tema. Tot ceea ce se stie este ca sunt multe tari care il revendica cum ar fi: Palestina, Egiptul, Grecia si cateva tari din Orientul mijlociu, dar nici una nu este sigura.<\/p><p>Ceea ce stim este ca acest fel de mancare este destul de vechi si de raspandit in Orientul Mijlociu si in zona mediteraneana. Unii experti culinari merg mai departe si afirma ca este cel mai vechi preparat culinar, in timp ce altii&nbsp; considera ca vine din secolul XII. Este una dintre primele culturi din Mesopotamia si a fost comun in Palestina antica, Roma si Grecia antica. De fapt este unul dintre alimentele pe care Platon si Socrate le-au studiat pentru valorile sale nutritionale.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cateva informatii generale<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Oamenii concureaza pentru a stabili al carui humus este mai bun! Israelienii iau humusul in serios! Ei chiar se lupta pentru a dovedi care restaurant face cel mai bun humus!<\/li>\n\n<li>De fapt nu este nici o diferenta in ceea ce priveste felul in care este humusul facut cu exceptia a cat de mult chimion si pasta de susan se foloseste. Unii inlocuiesc uleiul de masline cu unt sau grecii cu iaurt si ardei iute. Putini sunt aceia care se abat de la reteta clasica: naut, chimion, usturoi, pasta de susan si suc de lamaie.<\/li>\n\n<li>Humusul este un adevarat afrodisiac! Nautul contine multe proteine si vitamine care iti dau o stare de bine. Unii il numesc \u201cRegina afrodisiacelor\u201d. Contine fier, zinc, magneziu si potasiu care este cunoscut ca stimuleaza libidoul si energia psihica.<\/li>\n\n<li>Este incredibil de sanatos si versatil. Va voi da detalii despre cat de sanatos este, putin mai jos. Se poate manca nu numai cu paine ci si cu legume, cartofi, covrigi, etc.<\/li>\n\n<li>Si nu in ultimul rand: oamenii mananca humus peste tot in lume!<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Date nutritionale<\/h2><p>Humusul are 166 calorii la 100 gr, iar cantitatea de proteine este mai mare decat a caloriilor. Este bogat in carbohidrati si fibre. Carbohidratii furnizeaza toata energia necesara pe parcursul intregii zile, in timp ce fibrele va dau senzatia de satietate.<\/p><p>Mai mult decat atat, pasta de susan si uleiul de masline adauga si ele noi beneficii. Grasimea din humus este monosaturata. Aceasta va poate ajuta la scaderea nivelului colesterolului. De exemplu daca folositi naut conservat verificati daca are un gust bun . Verificati si daca pasta de susan nu s-a stricat, pentru ca se altereaza foarte repede. Ganditi-va cu ce veti servi hummusul atunci cand adaugati sarea pentru ca trebuie sa tineti cont si de cat de sarata este painea sau cartofii cu care il serviti.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi pentru cel mai bun humus!<\/h3><p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>1: Fierbe nautul cu o lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu.<\/strong>&nbsp;Astfel nautul va fierbe mai repede si va fi mai moale.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>2: Inlatura pielitele de la boabele de naut, dupa ce au fiert.<\/strong>&nbsp;Dureaza un pic acest procedeu, insa merita! Humusul va fi super-fin!<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>3: Adauga apa rece ca gheata.<\/strong>&nbsp;Daca adauci apa rece atunci cand procesezi humusul, acesta va fi si mai fin!<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>4: Nu procesa prea mult pasta de susan!<\/strong>&nbsp;Am facut greseala asta si am regretat&#8230;Inai proceseaza nautul pana este super-fin, abia apoi adauga restul ingredientelor. Daca procesezi prea mult tahiniul, acesta va deveni amar din cauza caldurii emanate de robot\/blender.<\/p><div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-163919\"
