Sunt pe placul iubitorilor de mancaruri iuti, se fac in mai putin de o jumatate de ora si au o aroma cu totul speciala, perfecte si de post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pur si simplu ador chiftelutele vegetale si de aceea sunt intr-un continuu proces de experimentare si testare de noi arome, texturi si ingrediente. Ardeii grasi si ceapa aduc dulceata si umiditate, iar patrunjelul, prospetime. Secretul aromei sta insa in mixul de condimente: boiaua afumata da acea nota usor &#8220;la gratar&#8221;, boiaua iute si fulgii de chili regleaza intensitatea, iar fulgii de drojdie inactiva adauga o aroma savuroasa, usor de branza, fara niciun produs lactat. Inca de cand am descoperit drojdia inactiva am inceput sa o folosesc aproape la fiecare mancare pregatita, chit ca adaug doar un praf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru a lega compozitia ai doua variante: tarate de psyllium (varianta de post, complet vegetala) sau un ou mare batut. Faina, de preferinta de naut, ajuta la fermitate si la rumenire. Daca tii post sau vrei reteta vegana, alege psyllium-ul &#8212; functioneaza la fel de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le prepari pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fierbe lintea rosie circa 15 minute, apoi scurge-o foarte bine de tot &#8212; excesul de apa este principalul motiv pentru care chiftelutele se sfarama. Pune-o intr-un bol si paseaz-o cu furculita sau cu blenderul vertical. Adauga restul ingredientelor si amesteca bine: compozitia trebuie sa fie lipicioasa si usor de modelat. Daca e prea moale, mai pune putina faina sau las-o cca 15 minute la frigider, unde se va intari. De aceea scurgerea atenta conteaza atat de mult &#8212; mai putina apa inseamna o compozitie care isi tine forma. Pauza la frigider ajuta amidonul si psyllium-ul (sau oul) sa se hidrateze complet si sa se fixeze, iar prajirea scurta, in strat subtire de ulei incins, formeaza o crusta care sigileaza chiftelutele inainte ca interiorul sa se inmoaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa iasa perfecte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Scurge lintea cat mai bine; daca a ramas apoasa, las-o cateva minute la scurs intr-o sita inainte de a o pasa.<\/li><li>Nu sari peste pasul cu frigiderul daca simti compozitia moale &#8212; 15 minute fac diferenta dintre o chiftea care se modeleaza usor si una care se desface in tigaie.<\/li><li>Incinge bine uleiul inainte sa pui chiftelutele; in ulei caldut se lipesc si se imbiba.<\/li><li>Gusteaza compozitia inainte de prajit si ajusteaza sarea, piperul si iuteala &#8212; fulgii de chili pot fi cresuti sau redusi dupa cat de picant iti place.<\/li><li>Modeleaza-le mai degraba turtite decat rotunde, ca sa se gateasca uniform in cele 2 minute pe fiecare parte.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunt grozave calde, cu un sos racoros de iaurt sau o salata verde alaturi, dar merg la fel de bine si reci, in pachetelul de la birou sau intr-un wrap. Daca vrei sa faci o masa completa din linte, le poti pune langa <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/linte-cu-orez\/\">linte cu orez<\/a> sau le poti transforma in chiftele cu sos servindu-le ca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-linte-sos-curry-vegan\/\">chiftelutele de linte in sos curry vegan<\/a>. Pentru si mai multe idei iuti, arunca un ochi peste colectia de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-picante\/\">retete picante<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pastrare si pregatire din timp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiftelutele se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile si sunt bune si reci. Le poti reincalzi in tigaie sau in cuptor ca sa-si recapete crusta. Compozitia cruda poate fi facuta cu o zi inainte si tinuta la rece &#8212; chiar se modeleaza mai bine asa. Pentru congelare, prajeste-le, raceste-le complet, apoi congeleaza-le in strat unic; se reincalzesc direct din congelator.
