{"id":12244,"date":"2015-09-28T12:10:34","date_gmt":"2015-09-28T10:10:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/?p=12244"},"modified":"2025-04-08T16:12:03","modified_gmt":"2025-04-08T14:12:03","slug":"burger-vegan-perfect","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegan-perfect\/","title":{"rendered":"Anatomia unui burger de naut perfect"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Deoarece sunt un mare fan al burgerilor vegani si al <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ghidul-burgerului-vegetarian-perfect-cum-sa-prepari-chiftelute-vegetariene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chiftelutelor vegetariene<\/a><\/strong>, am decis sa scriu acest articol &#8211; <em><strong>Anatomia unui burger de naut&nbsp;perfect<\/strong> <\/em>&#8211; care sper eu sa va ajute sa creati niste burgeri vegani deliciosi!<\/p><p>Acum cateva zile am facut reteta aceasta de burger vegan si am fost uimita de cat de bun a iesit! A fost ceva de vis! Am mancat portii triple si sunt sigura ca ar putea sa &#8220;pacaleasca&#8221; cu succes orice omnivor! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>De la condimente, sosuri, verdeturi, legume si pana la chiftelute si chiflele fara gluten, totul a fost perfect! Acestea trebuie sa fie pufoase, dar sa aiba si un pic de crusta usor crocanta. De asemenea, trebuie sa aiba un gust usor dulceag si &#8220;untos&#8221; si neaparat niste seminte pe deasupra.<\/p><p>Mai jos gasiti reteta pe care am folosit-o eu pentru a face aceste <strong>chifle vegane, fara gluten<\/strong>. Este foarte usoara. In loc de unt am folosit ulei de cocos si in loc de oua, am adaugat niste<a href=\"\/\/event.2performant.com\/events\/click?ad_type=quicklink&amp;aff_code=534e1509b&amp;unique=861f9e301&amp;redirect_to=https%3A\/\/vegis.ro\/remedii-detoxifiere\/solaris\/4201-tarate-de-psyllium-100gr\/\"><strong> tarate de psyllium<\/strong><\/a>. Am folosit MixIt Universal de la Schar, asa ca am adaugat o cantitate mai mare de lichide, iar asta le-a facut pufoase la interior.<\/p><p>Deoarece <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/l.profitshare.ro\/l\/7526476\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">faina fara gluten de la Schar<\/a><\/strong> este foarte alba si painile imi ies de obicei albe ca hartia, am decis sa creez un<strong> amestec de ulei de masline si turmeric<\/strong> pudra si sa ung fiecare chifla cu acest amestec., asta in loc de clasicul lapte + galbenus de ou. A fost perfect! Dupa parerea mea, acestea trebuie sa arate la fel ca si cele cu carne, sa aiba o textura similara si neaparat sa aiba acelasi gust ca originalele! Pentru a obtine aceste efecte, am folosit cateva trucuri pe care le voi mentiona mai jos.<\/p><p><strong>Condimentele sunt FOARTE importante!<\/strong> Cimbrul si boiaua afumata sunt pe primul loc! Acestea le dau chiftelutelor o aroma foarte placuta.<\/p><p>Pentru a face chiftelutele vegane de naut sa arate precum cele de carne, am adaugat niste <a href=\"https:\/\/event.2performant.com\/events\/click?ad_type=quicklink&amp;aff_code=534e1509b&amp;unique=861f9e301&amp;redirect_to=https%253A\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare-fainuri-tarate-grau\/solaris\/4225-faina-din-fructe-de-roscove-100gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>carob<\/strong><\/a> in compozitie pentru a le schimba culoarea si a le face maronii.<\/p><p>De asemenea, pe langa ingredientul principal &#8211; nautul &#8211; am adaugat si niste legume si verdeturi. Eu sunt foarte incantata de mixul <a href=\"\/\/event.2performant.com\/events\/click?ad_type=quicklink&amp;aff_code=534e1509b&amp;unique=861f9e301&amp;redirect_to=https%3A\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare-condimente-sare\/solaris\/2646-belsug-de-mirodenii-dulce-100gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Belsug de Mirodenii de la Solaris<\/strong><\/a>. E extraordinar! Bucatelele de telina si morcovi se hidrateaza in compozitie si dau un gust excelent.<\/p><p>Va recomand sa <strong>prajiti chiftelutele<\/strong> si nu sa le bagati la cuptor. Eu consider ca ele trebuie sa fie un picut uleioase pentru a avea textura potrivita de chiftea de burger. Sosuri<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Sosurile au si ele un rol important. Nimeni nu ar vrea un burger vegan uscat si fara gust, asa-i? \ud83d\ude42 Eu am folosit o combinatie de <strong>ketchup<\/strong> (Heinz, preferatul meu) si <strong>aioli vegan<\/strong>. Pentru aioli am urmat o reteta gasita pe net, pe care am pus-o si la instructiuni in reteta de mai jos. Puteti sa cumparati aioli daca il gasiti vegan, sau sa folositi maioneza vegana cu putin usturoi.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>4. Verdeturi<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Ador valeriana! \ud83d\ude42 Puteti sa folositi<strong> orice frunze doriti<\/strong>, de la spanac baby, leurda, salata, pana la rucola si altele! Alegeti favoritele si adaugati-le in burgerul vegan!<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>5.&nbsp;Legume<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><strong>Rosiile<\/strong>&nbsp;(care de fapt sunt fructe) sunt obligatorii!&nbsp;La fel si feliile subtiri de ceapa! Puteti adauga felii de castraveciori murati, gogosar, sau preferatul meu, ardei capia copt si pus in otet si ulei.<\/p><p>Asadar, iata anatomia unui <em><strong>burger de naut&nbsp;perfect<\/strong><\/em>!
