Rezultatul este un fel de mancare consistent, aromat si satios, cu acel gust de afumat care iti aduce aminte de retetele traditionale &#8212; numai ca de data asta totul e pe baza de plante. Se gateste intr-o singura cratita si e ideala pentru zilele de post sau pentru orice masa de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta reteta de mancare de varza cu afumatura este vegana, insa mi-a adus aminte de mancarea traditionala de varza cu afumatura de carne. Eu si Costin am mancat toata cratita in doar o zi, iar a doua zi am facut-o din nou pentru ca a fost super incantat de ea! Boia afumata (folosesc 3 lingurite, mult mai mult decat boia dulce) da intregii cratite acel parfum profund de afumatura, iar tofu afumat, prajit separat si adaugat la final, aduce textura si gustul concentrat care inlocuiesc bucatile de carne afumata. Cele doua frunze de dafin si cimbrul completeaza profilul aromatic, asa cum ar face-o intr-o mancare de varza traditionala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fasolea Cannellini are rolul ei aici: adauga proteina si cremozitate, iar zeama din conserva, pe care o pastram, ingroasa putin sosul si leaga totul. Stiu ca poate suna ciudat combinatia varza-fasole, dar chiar nu am avut nicio problema cu ea &#8212; se potrivesc surprinzator de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si cum sa le alegi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cateva detalii care fac diferenta cand cumperi ingredientele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Varza<\/strong> &#8212; o capatana de marime medie, alba. Taie-o subtire (julienne) ca sa se inmoaie uniform la calit.<\/li><li><strong>Boia afumata<\/strong> &#8212; ingredientul-cheie. Nu o confunda cu boia dulce obisnuita; cauta pe eticheta &#8220;afumata&#8221; sau &#8220;smoked paprika&#8221;. Fara ea, reteta isi pierde caracterul.<\/li><li><strong>Tofu afumat<\/strong> &#8212; 250 g, deja afumat. Daca gasesti doar tofu simplu, il poti folosi, dar gustul de afumat va fi mai discret, asa ca poti compensa cu putina boia afumata in plus.<\/li><li><strong>Fasole Cannellini la conserva<\/strong> &#8212; eu am folosit una de 800 g. Pastreaza zeama, o adaugam in mancare.<\/li><li><strong>Pasta de rosii<\/strong> &#8212; 5 linguri, adaugate spre final ca sa nu se arda si sa nu amareasca.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucuri ca sa iasa perfecta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cele mai importante puncte de atentie sunt rabdarea la calit si gestionarea apei. Lasa varza sa se caleasc\u0103 incet, sub capac, ca sa-si scoata dulceata naturala &#8212; 30 de minute la foc mic fac toata diferenta fata de o varza grabita, care ramane crocanta si fara gust. Verifica din cand in cand si mai adauga apa cate putin daca observi ca se lipeste de cratita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adauga condimentele <em>inainte<\/em> de pasta de rosii, ca sa apuce sa-si elibereze aromele in ulei si in varza.<\/li><li>Pasta de rosii si fasolea intra abia spre final &#8212; daca adaugi rosiile prea devreme, aciditatea lor incetineste inmuierea verzei.<\/li><li>Prajeste tofu afumat separat, intr-o tigaie, pana se rumeneste usor pe ambele parti. Eu o servesc pur si simplu cu o felie buna de paine si tofu afumat prajit deasupra. Daca vrei sa pui mai multe feluri pe masa de post, merge frumos langa o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mancare-de-fasole-cu-tarhon\/\">mancare de fasole cu tarhon<\/a> sau langa niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rondele-de-varza-la-cuptor-cu-turmeric\/\">rondele de varza la cuptor cu turmeric<\/a> pentru o masa cu adevarat satioasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si o reincalzesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ca multe mancari calite, si aceasta este si mai buna a doua zi, dupa ce aromele se aseaza &#8212; noi am dovedit-o din plin. Se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile, si se reincalzeste usor la foc mic, cu putina apa daca s-a ingrosat prea tare. Se preteaza si la congelat: portioneaz-o in caserole si o ai gata pentru o masa rapida. Tofu afumat il poti praji proaspat la fiecare reincalzire, ca sa-si pastreze textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac mancarile de post consistente pe baza de fasole, arunca un ochi si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cassoulet-mancare-de-fasole\/\">cassoulet, mancarea de fasole<\/a> sau peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-bolognese-vegane-de-post\/\">pastele bolognese vegane de post<\/a> &#8212; sunt din aceeasi familie de retete satioase si aromate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceasta mancare de varza cu afumatura de post, spune-mi in comentarii cum ti-a iesit calirea verzei si daca ai gasit tofu afumat sau ai improvizat &#8212; si
