Are un gust intens de cacao si se face foarte usor, fara tehnici complicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auzisem de prajitura desteapta de ceva timp, insa nu m-am incumetat sa o prepar. Prajituritul nu e punctul meu forte, asa ca am tot amanat. Cand am facut-o in sfarsit, am ales sa o fac fara gluten, fara lactate si fara zahar &#8212; prima reteta din campania mea cu Green Sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am fost foarte incantata de rezultat si o sa o mai fac cu siguranta si altadata. Ce mi se pare extraordinar e ca minunatia asta decadenta e fara zahar, iar eu nu simt nicio diferenta la gust intre Green Sugar si zahar. eu am facut-o cu faina fara gluten, dar merge la fel de bine si cu faina alba de grau daca nu ai intoleranta;<\/li>\n<li>o varianta fara lactate, cu ulei de cocos si lapte de soia in loc de unt si lapte de vaca;<\/li>\n<li>un desert fara zahar, indulcit cu Green Sugar in raport 1:1 fata de zahar;<\/li>\n<li>o prajitura cu textura speciala, in trei straturi, pe care o servesti la o masa cu musafiri sau pur si simplu cand poftesti la ciocolata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trei texturi dintr-o singura compozitie.<\/strong> Compozitia se toarna lichida in forma si se separa singura la copt &#8212; nu trebuie sa asamblezi nimic, cuptorul face toata treaba.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gust intens de ciocolata.<\/strong> Cele 9 linguri de cacao pudra dau o aroma profunda, decadenta, care nu te lasa cu impresia ca lipseste ceva pentru ca e fara zahar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara zahar, fara compromisuri la gust.<\/strong> Eu nu simt nicio diferenta intre Green Sugar si zahar, asa ca o pot servi linistita oricui.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaptabila la nevoile tale.<\/strong> O faci fara gluten sau cu faina de grau, fara lactate sau cu unt si lapte de vaca &#8212; sunt vedeta acestei prajituri, pentru ca ele creeaza cele trei straturi. Galbenusurile dau crema de la mijloc, iar albusurile batute spuma urca deasupra in stratul pufos. Foloseste 6 oua la temperatura camerei: albusurile reci nu se bat la fel de bine si spuma iese mai instabila. Scoate-le din frigider cu cel putin o ora inainte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cacao pudra<\/strong> &#8212; da culoarea si aroma intensa. Cele 9 linguri par multe, dar exact asta face prajitura sa aiba gust profund de ciocolata. Alege cacao pudra neindulcita, fara zahar adaugat, ca sa pastrezi reteta fara zahar; cea de tip Dutch-process (alcalinizata) da o culoare mai inchisa si un gust mai rotund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Green Sugar<\/strong> &#8212; indulcitorul pe care il folosesc in loc de zahar. Mie nu mi se pare mai dulce decat zaharul rafinat, asa ca folosesc un raport de 1:1 &#8212; pui exact cantitatea pe care ai pune-o la zahar. De cand l-am descoperit, zaharul nu mai are ce cauta in casa mea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina fara gluten<\/strong> &#8212; eu am folosit mix fara gluten de la Schar, dar daca nu ai intoleranta poti folosi faina alba de grau in aceeasi cantitate. Sunt doar 100 g de faina la o cantitate mare de lapte, deci compozitia ramane lichida &#8212; exact cum trebuie. Daca folosesti un mix fara gluten, verifica sa contina deja un agent de legare (guma xantan) pentru o crema bine inchegata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuieste untul si tine reteta fara lactate. Topeste-l si lasa-l sa ajunga la temperatura camerei inainte sa il adaugi, ca sa nu inchege galbenusurile la contact. Daca preferi, poti folosi unt topit in aceeasi cantitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte de soia<\/strong> &#8212; cele 750 ml de lapte sunt cele care fac compozitia lichida si crema de la mijloc. Eu am folosit lapte de soia pentru varianta fara lactate, dar merge la fel de bine si laptele de vaca. Alege un lapte de soia neindulcit ca sa controlezi tu dulceata din Green Sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otet de mere<\/strong> &#8212; lingura si jumatate de otet se adauga peste albusuri inainte de a le bate. Daca le bati prea mult, devin granuloase si se incorporeaza greu &#8212; ai grija sa fie spuma lucioasa, nu uscata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incorporeaza albusurile in reprize, cu spatula, prin miscari de jos in sus.<\/strong> Adauga intai putin din spuma in compozitia de cacao ca sa o subtiezi, apoi adauga din cacao in spuma. Nu mixa &#8212; amesteci usor, ca sa pastrezi aerul care formeaza stratul de sus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu te speria ca aluatul e foarte lichid.<\/strong> Compozitia rezultata trebuie sa fie lichida, e perfect normal &#8212; exact asta permite separarea in straturi la copt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa prajitura sa se raceasca COMPLET inainte de a o taia.<\/strong> Asta e cel mai important pas. Stratul de crema de la mijloc se inchega doar dupa racire; daca o tai calda, straturile se amesteca si crema curge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifica coacerea dupa aspect, nu doar dupa ceas.<\/strong> Cele 50-60 de minute variaza in functie de cuptor. Crema de la mijloc se inchega si mai bine la rece, asa ca a doua zi este chiar mai bine taiata si mai stabila. Scoate portiile cu cateva minute inainte de servire daca preferi sa nu fie reci de tot. Este un desert care se preteaza la preparat in avans: o faci de cu seara, o lasi sa se raceasca complet peste noapte la frigider si o tai a doua zi in cuburi curate. Nu recomand congelarea, pentru ca stratul cremos isi pierde textura la decongelare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut combinatia intensa de ciocolata, mai incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-vegan-cu-ciocolata\/\">tortul vegan cu ciocolata<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mousse-de-ciocolata\/\">mousse-ul de ciocolata<\/a> sau <a
