Au o aroma unica si o textura carnoasa care ii va convinge pana si pe omnivori!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>A fost prima oara cand am mancat fajitas, va vine sa credeti? De fapt, pana mai ieri nici nu auzisem de ele. Fajitas sunt ideale\u00a0pentru un pranz rapid si sanatos. Insa, pentru ca aveam multe ingrediente interesante in frigider, am decis sa ma abat putin de la reteta de shaorma si sa incerc sa fac ceva si mai bun. Asa am ajuns la aceste<strong><em> fajitas vegane<\/em><\/strong>, care mi-au placut la nebunie! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Au iesit super-colorate, extrem de aromate si textura a fost pur si simplu perfecta! Chiar zici ca mananci <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lauraadamache.ro\/2015\/04\/fajitas-cu-pui-si-guacamole.html#_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fajitas cu carne<\/a>! Ca umpluture puteti folosi orice combinatie de legume si muraturi. In ceasta reteta am folosit ingredientele necesare pentru&nbsp;reteta traditionala: ardei grasi, frunze de rucola, varza verde, castraveti murati, ceapa, salsa de rosi si guacamole.<\/p><p>Pentru cei care nu stiu ce-s alea fajitas <em>(asa cum nici eu nu stiam pana de curand..), <\/em>sa stiti ca acestea sunt specifice bucatariei Tex-Mex si sunt de obicei facute din carne la gratar, taiata in bucatele subtiri si lungi si servite pe tortilla sau lipii de taco.
