E dulce ca un desert, dar are tot ce ii trebuie unui mic dejun bun: proteine, fibre, carbohidrati buni si grasimi sanatoase. De fapt, am inventat-o intr-o zi in care nu stiam ce sa imi mai pregatesc dimineata. Cu smoothieurile nu ma prea omor eu, mi se par lipsite de textura, iar textura in mancare e foarte importanta pentru mine, asa ca am decis sa fac ceva super bun si gustos, dar care sa fie si sanatos pe deasupra. Improvizatia asta s-a dovedit a fi cea mai tare reteta de mic dejun dulce pe care am mancat-o vreodata. Ce ador la ea e ca are un gust foarte bun, parca ai manca desert, si totusi e sanatoasa. De obicei o mananc cam de 4 ori pe saptamana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in acest mic dejun dulce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta se sprijina pe cateva ingrediente simple, fiecare cu rolul lui. <strong>Bananele<\/strong> sunt inima retetei: cand le rumenesti in tigaie, zaharul lor natural se caramelizeaza usor, asa ca devin mai dulci si mai cremoase decat crude, fara sa adaugi zahar. Incinge putin ulei de cocos intr-o tigaie mica, la foc mediu, apoi aseaza bananele decojite si lasa-le linistite cam un minut pe fiecare parte, cat sa prinda o crusta aurie. Daca le intorci prea repede sau amesteci in tigaie, se sfarama inainte sa se caramelizeze. Vrei banane care sunt inca ferme la mijloc, dar rumene si dulci pe exterior. Optional, arunca si o mana de nuci in tigaie in acelasi timp &#8212; se prajesc usor si isi scot aroma. Vestea buna e ca se face atat de repede incat nu prea ai nevoie sa il pregatesti dinainte. dejun dulce, spune-mi cum ti-au iesit bananele rumenite si ce unt de arahide ai folosit &#8212; lasa-mi o steluta si un comentariu mai jos, ma bucur mereu sa aflu cum l-ati facut al
