De asemenea, chiftelutele de naut sunt crocante&nbsp;si&nbsp;se fac foarte usor!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Ma bucura mult sa vad ca din ce in ce mai multe produse fara gluten apar in fiecare zi si la noi. Pana acum cativa ani lucrurile nu mergeau asa de bine. Saptamana trecuta am facut aceste <a href=\"http:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/fajitas-vegane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>fajitas vegane<\/strong> <\/a>cu lipiile fara gluten Schar, iar acum a venit randul Ciabattinelor. Painicile acestea sunt ideale pentru sandvisuri micute pe care le puteti&nbsp;rontaii oriunde, oricand, mai ales daca sunteti mereu pe drum.<\/p><p>Chiar daca urmez o dieta fara gluten, sa stiti ca evit alimentele procesate pe cat posibil. Nu o sa ma vedeti pe mine mancand prea des paine, dulciuri sau snacksuri. Am pregatit rapid niste chiftelute crocante de naut si s-au potrivit de minune in combinatia asta.<\/p><p>Bineinteles, daca glutenul nu este inamicul tau, atunci poti sa folosesti orice paine doresti, nicio problema! Stiu.. am fost rea.. dar lasa ca o sa creasca iar! \ud83d\ude42 Am urmat&nbsp;reteta asta de<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.ro\/2008\/02\/winter-pesto.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&nbsp;pesto vegan<\/a>,<\/strong>&nbsp;insa am&nbsp;folosit caju si am adaugat si putina drojdie inactiva. A iesit delicios!<\/p><p>Sper sa va placa reteta mea de <em><strong>sandvis cu naut si pesto<\/strong><\/em>! Adaugati niste frunze de valeriana pentru un gust proaspat si aromat.
