Se face usor, e complet vegan si e perfect pentru cutia de pranz de la munca sau de la scoala. Painicile acestea sunt ideale pentru sandvisuri micute pe care le puteti rontai oriunde, oricand, mai ales daca sunteti mereu pe drum. Iar pesto-ul? A iesit dintr-o intamplare fericita: deoarece plantuta mea de busuioc nu se simtea prea bine, am transformat-o in pesto!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in sandvis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are doua parti simple: chiftelutele de naut si asamblarea propriu-zisa. Pentru chiftelute ai nevoie de o conserva de naut de 400g scursa, faina de orez brun, o ceapa maruntita, patrunjel proaspat, tarate de psyllium si un amestec de condimente (cimbru, coriandru macinat si chimion). Eu am folosit si un Belsug de Mirodenii Dulce de la Solaris, dar poti merge pe condimentele tale preferate pentru un profil similar cald si aromat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru sandvis in sine iti trebuie painici Ciabattine fara gluten (le gasesti in magazinele Carrefour), pesto vegan de casa sau cumparat, un castravecior murat feliat, cateva felii subtiri de ceapa si o mana de verdeturi la alegere. Eu am folosit valeriana, dar merge la fel de bine rucola, spanac baby sau salata. Daca vrei sa iti faci singura pesto, poti porni de la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-pesto-de-busuioc\/\">humusul cu pesto de busuioc<\/a> sau te poti inspira din <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-pesto\/\">colectia de retete cu pesto<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secretul chiftelutelor care raman crocante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheia aici e psylliumul: taratele de psyllium absorb umezeala si formeaza un gel care leaga compozitia in locul oului, ca chiftelutele sa nu se sfarame in tigaie. Faina de orez face al doilea rol important &#8212; da-le chiftelutele prin putina faina inainte de prajire, pentru ca stratul acesta subtire se caramelizeaza si creeaza crusta aurie si crocanta. Proceseaza nautul doar pana devine pasta legata, nu pana la o piure fina; cateva bucatele ii dau textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prajeste-le intr-o tigaie non-aderenta cu putin ulei, cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte, pana devin aurii. Nu le muta prea devreme: lasa-le sa prinda crusta inainte sa le intorci, altfel se lipesc si se rup. Adauga 1-2 felii subtiri de ceapa, 1-2 felii de castravecior murat pentru contrast acru, apoi chifteluta. Baga sandvisurile la cuptor cca 10 minute, ca sa se incalzeasca uniform si sa se lege aromele. Verdeturile proaspete se adauga la final, dupa ce le scoti din cuptor, ca sa ramana crocante si sa nu se ofileasca. Se servesc calde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti si ce mai poti incerca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiind un pranz complet in sine, sandvisul merge cu ceva usor si racoros alaturi: o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-cu-naut-crocant\/\">salata cu naut crocant<\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-cu-mazare-verde-masline\/\">salata cu mazare verde si masline<\/a> il completeaza fara sa il incarce. Daca ti-a placut combinatia de naut si te tenteaza si alte forme, arunca un ochi peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-falafel\/\">chiftelutele de naut tip falafel<\/a> sau peste intreaga <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-naut\/\">colectie de retete cu naut<\/a>. Iar pentru inca un sandvis vegan de purtat cu tine, incearca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-branza-vegana-topita-fara-gluten\/\">sandvisurile cu branza vegana topita fara gluten<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le pregatesti din timp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trucul meu preferat: prepar compozitia de chiftelute in cantitati mai mari si o las la frigider. Cand am pofta de o chifteluta, o scot, formez chifteluta si o prajesc pe loc &#8212; proaspata si crocanta, fara sa fac de fiecare data toata treaba. Compozitia se pastreaza bine acoperita in frigider cateva zile, iar psylliumul chiar ajuta compozitia sa se lege mai bine pe masura ce sta la rece. Chiftelutele deja prajite se reincalzesc cel mai bine in tigaie sau la cuptor, ca sa isi recapete crusta; la microunde se inmoaie.
