E numai bun cand vrei ceva sarat, satios si plin de legume, dar nu ai chef sa te complici cu foietaj sau crusta framantata. Parca nici nu imi mai ardea de facut poze, voiam doar sa mananc! Totusi, ma bucur ca am rabdat un pic si am facut si pozele, rapid, ca sa pot pune reteta pe blog. Asa ca uite-o aici, exact asa cum am gatit-o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce inseamna un quiche fara crusta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un quiche clasic are o crusta de tarta pe fund si o umplutura cremoasa, legata cu ou. Aici renuntam la ambele: nu folosim crusta, iar oul este inlocuit complet. Compozitia se toarna direct in forma, unsa cu putin ulei, si se coace ca atare. Fara crusta inseamna mai putina bataie de cap, mai putine calorii goale si o reteta pe care o poti pune in cuptor in cateva minute de la momentul in care ai deschis frigiderul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente folosesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baza este <strong>tofu cu marar<\/strong> (250 g), care da structura si o culoare frumoasa umpluturii. Daca gasesti doar tofu simplu, merge la fel de bine, iar mararul proaspat din reteta va compensa aroma. Alaturi pui doi morcovi dati pe razatoarea mica, o ceapa maruntita, trei catei de usturoi pisati si 250 g de ardei gras felii (eu am folosit un mix congelat, foarte comod).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partea care tine totul legat, in lipsa oului, sunt <strong>taratele de psyllium<\/strong> (o lingura) impreuna cu jumatate de cana de faina fara gluten si jumatate de cana de lapte de soia. Psyllium-ul absoarbe lichidul si formeaza un gel care leaga compozitia, exact rolul pe care il joaca oul intr-un quiche obisnuit. Fulgii de drojdie inactiva (doua linguri) aduc o nota usor branzoasa, iar bicarbonatul de sodiu (o jumatate de lingurita) da o textura ceva mai aerata. Toful, procesat pana devine o pasta fina, ofera aceeasi consistenta cremoasa pe care ai avea-o de la oua batute. Psyllium-ul este o fibra solubila care, in contact cu laptele de soia, se transforma intr-un gel gros ce prinde toate legumele intr-o singura felie taiabila. Faina si bicarbonatul completeaza structura, astfel incat, dupa coacere, quiche-ul isi tine forma si se portioneaza frumos, fara sa se sfarame. De aceea e important sa procesezi bine baza la robot: cu cat pasta e mai fina, cu atat felia va fi mai uniforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il faci pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pui in robotul de bucatarie tofu, laptele de soia, bicarbonatul, faina si taratele de psyllium si le procesezi pana obtii o pasta fina. Muti compozitia intr-un bol si adaugi restul ingredientelor, mai putin ardeii: morcovii rasi, ceapa, usturoiul, drojdia inactiva, mararul, sarea si piperul. Ungi o forma de tarta de aproximativ 30&#215;30 cm cu putin ulei de masline, torni compozitia, o nivelezi si asezi feliile de ardei gras pe deasupra. Bagi la cuptor la 180C pentru circa 50 de minute. E gata cand marginile s-au rumenit usor si mijlocul s-a inchegat, adica nu mai tremura cand misti forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa iasa perfect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Stoarce bine tofu-ul de excesul de apa inainte sa il procesezi, ca umplutura sa nu iasa prea apoasa.<\/li><li>Daca folosesti ardei congelat, ca mine, nu e nevoie sa il dezghinti; adauga-l direct pe deasupra, doar scutura eventualul gheata in plus.<\/li><li>Lasa quiche-ul sa se odihneasca 10-15 minute dupa ce il scoti din cuptor. Cald de tot se taie mai greu, iar felia se aseaza pe masura ce se raceste putin.<\/li><li>Verifica sarea in compozitie inainte de coacere: legumele si tofu-ul cer mai multa decat te-ai astepta.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce il servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quiche-ul acesta e satios cat sa fie masa principala, alaturi de o salata verde simpla sau de muraturi. Daca vrei un pranz complet, il poti pune langa o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-dulci-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de cartofi dulci cu ghimbir<\/a> pentru un meniu cald si reconfortant. Merge foarte bine si intr-un platou de aperitive alaturi de un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/drob-vegetarian-cu-linte-ciuperci\/\">drob vegetarian cu linte si ciuperci<\/a>, ideal cand ai musafiri. Il poti manca rece, direct din frigider, sau reincalzit cateva minute in cuptor ca sa isi recapete textura. Se preteaza si la congelat: taie-l in portii, impacheteaza-le individual si le ai gata pentru zilele aglomerate. Daca iti place sa ai mereu ceva copt pregatit din timp, s-ar putea sa iti placa si un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-sarat-fara-gluten-cu-ciuperci\/\">chec sarat fara gluten cu ciuperci<\/a> sau niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/briose-sarate-fara-gluten-cu-ciuperci\/\">briose sarate fara gluten cu ciuperci<\/a>, perfecte pentru pachetul de pranz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci acest quiche vegan fara crusta, spune-mi in comentarii cum ti-a iesit si daca ai pus alte legume in loc de ardei; iar daca ti-a placut Cantitatea de referinta este 250 g, iar legumele se aseaza deasupra compozitiei inainte de coacere. Eu am folosit un mix de ardei congelat, foarte comod.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1733001250304\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Cat se pastreaza quiche-ul vegan?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Se pastreaza la frigider, acoperit, 3-4 zile, iar felia se taie chiar mai frumos a doua zi. Il poti manca rece sau reincalzit cateva minute in cuptor. E gata cand marginile s-au rumenit usor si mijlocul s-a inchegat, adica nu mai tremura cand misti forma.
