Se completeaza cu merisoare si stafide, se coace la 180C cca 40 de minute si se imbraca intr-o glazura de zahar pudra cu ulei de cocos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am facut prima oara acest <strong>chec vegan<\/strong> anul trecut si mi-a placut fiecare bucatica din el. Fiind obisnuita sa prepar deserturile coapte cu oua, am fost foarte surprinsa sa vad ca aluatul a crescut frumos chiar si fara ele, iar textura si gustul au iesit perfecte. De atunci e checul la care ma intorc de Craciun: arata festiv, se face dintr-un singur robot de bucatarie si chiar si prietenii mei non-vegani il lauda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru mine glutenul e inamic, asa ca l-am preparat cu faina fara gluten (eu am folosit Mix It Universal de la Schar), insa daca tu nu esti in cazul meu, poti sa folosesti linistita si faina normala. aproape totul se mixeaza intr-un singur robot;<\/li>\n<li>o varianta fara gluten, daca tu sau cineva drag are intoleranta (mergi pe un mix universal de faina);<\/li>\n<li>un desert care impresioneaza si invitatii non-vegani, fara sa fie nevoie sa le spui ca nu are oua;<\/li>\n<li>ceva dulce de pus pe masa de sarbatori care se pastreaza bine cateva zile si arata frumos langa cafea sau ceai.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creste frumos si fara oua.<\/strong> Combinatia de praf de copt cu bicarbonat si aciditatea din iaurtul de soia ridica aluatul si lasa un miez pufos, asa ca nu iti lipsesc deloc ouale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se face dintr-un singur robot.<\/strong> Toate ingredientele umede si uscate (mai putin fructele) merg direct in robot pana se face o crema fina &#8212; baza checului, doua cani. Eu folosesc Mix It Universal de la Schar, pentru ca e un mix de faina fara gluten care contine deja amidonuri si o leaga (de obicei guma xantan), iar asta inlocuieste structura pe care in mod normal o dau ouale. Daca alegi un mix fara gluten, citeste eticheta: cauta unul &#8220;universal&#8221; sau &#8220;pentru patiserie&#8221; care sa includa guma xantan, altfel aluatul poate iesi sfaramicios. Daca nu ai probleme cu glutenul, faina alba normala merge la fel de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Iaurtul de soia<\/strong> &#8212; o cana. E secretul texturii: aciditatea lui reactioneaza cu bicarbonatul si ajuta aluatul sa creasca, iar grasimea si proteina din soia dau miezul fraged. Alege un iaurt de soia natur, nu aromat si nu indulcit suplimentar, ca sa nu modifici dulceata retetei. Daca e mai gros, e cu atat mai bine pentru structura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de soia<\/strong> &#8212; o cana. Subtiaza aluatul pana la consistenta potrivita si aduce inca putina proteina vegetala care ajuta la legare. Si aici, alege o varianta natur, neindulcita. Laptele de soia tine bine la copt pentru ca are mai multa proteina decat alte bauturi vegetale, deci nu il inlocui automat cu apa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt si bicarbonatul de sodiu<\/strong> &#8212; 10 g praf de copt si jumatate de lingurita bicarbonat. Lucreaza impreuna: bicarbonatul are nevoie de aciditatea iaurtului ca sa reactioneze, iar praful de copt da un plus de crestere uniforma. Verifica sa fie proaspete (un praf de copt vechi nu mai face bule), altfel checul ramane indesat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul<\/strong> &#8212; doua treimi de cana in aluat, plus patru linguri de zahar pudra pentru glazura. Indulceste echilibrat, fara sa acopere aroma de citrice. Pentru glazura ai nevoie de zahar pudra fin ca sa iasa o glazura neteda, nu granuloasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extractul de vanilie<\/strong> &#8212; doua lingurite. Da fondul cald si &#8220;de copt&#8221; al checului. Daca poti, alege extract de vanilie adevarat, nu aroma sintetica &#8212; diferenta se simte clar intr-un desert simplu ca acesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul esential de lamaie si de portocala<\/strong> &#8212; cate 10 picaturi din fiecare. Aici e aroma de sarbatoare. Foloseste doar ulei esential pur, alimentar, destinat consumului &#8212; nu orice ulei esential de aromaterapie. Picaturile sunt foarte concentrate, asa ca respecta cantitatea; daca preferi, poti inlocui cu coaja rasa de la o lamaie si o portocala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Merisoarele si stafidele uscate<\/strong> &#8212; cate 6 linguri din fiecare. Dau dulceata punctuala si culoarea festiva. Le adaugi la final, dupa ce ai scos crema din robot, ca sa ramana intregi si sa nu se faca terci. Daca sunt foarte uscate, le poti inmuia cateva minute in apa calda si le scurgi bine inainte sa le incorporezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul si uleiul de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; 4 linguri ulei in aluat (plus putin pentru uns tava) si 4 linguri ulei de cocos topit pentru glazura. Grasimea din aluat tine checul umed cateva zile. Nu fi tentat sa adaugi mai mult lapte ca sa il subtiezi &#8212; aluatul gros e cel care da checul inalt si pufos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incorporeaza fructele cu o spatula, manual.<\/strong> Dupa ce muti crema in bol, amesteca merisoarele si stafidele cu mana usoara. Daca le pui in robot se taie si &#8220;coloreaza&#8221; tot aluatul in loc sa ramana pete distincte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Testeaza cu scobitoarea.<\/strong> Stii ca e gata cand o scobitoare infipta in centru iese curata, dupa cca 40 de minute la 180C. Daca iese cu aluat crud, mai lasa-l 5 minute si verifica din nou &#8212; cuptoarele difera.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glazura doar pe checul rece.<\/strong> Daca torni glazura de zahar pudra cu ulei de cocos peste checul cald, se topeste si curge. Datorita uleiului din aluat ramane fraged si a doua sau a treia zi, deci il poti face cu o zi inainte de Craciun fara probleme. Daca vrei sa il tii mai mult, il poti felia si congela; il scoti la temperatura camerei cu cateva ore inainte de servire. Glazura de zahar pudra cu ulei de cocos se aplica cel mai bine pe checul deja racit, asa ca, daca il pregatesti din timp, poti glazura chiar inainte de a-l pune pe masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile de copt fara gluten, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-fara-gluten-cacao\/\">checul fara gluten cu cacao<\/a> sau niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/briose-vegane-cu-ciocolata\/\">briose vegane cu ciocolata<\/a> pentru o gustare rapida. Iar daca vrei ceva fara coacere pentru platoul de sarbatori, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salam-de-biscuiti-fara-zahar-vegan-sanatos\/\">salamul de biscuiti fara zahar<\/a> e o alegere
