Reteta este vegana si fara gluten, cu un gust usor iute si un sos care ramane cremos datorita iaurtului de soia. La aceasta campanie eu voi participa doar cu retete, nu si la partea de competitie, din motive evidente. Asa ca in perioada urmatoare vei gasi aici mai multe idei rapide, fara gluten si prietenoase pentru cei care evita glutenul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele de care ai nevoie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista e scurta si probabil ai deja jumatate din ingrediente in bucatarie. Pune pastele la fiert conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj. Eu le las putin mai mult, pentru ca am impresia ca pastele fara gluten se inmoaie mai greu, dar aici depinde de preferintele fiecaruia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intre timp, incinge uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie mai mare si adauga rosiile, vanata, usturoiul pisat si condimentele. Acopera tigaia cu un capac si lasa legumele sa se gateasca 8 minute. Capacul e important: pastreaza aburul si ajuta vanata sa se inmoaie fara sa se usuce. Apoi ia capacul, adauga iaurtul de soia, amesteca si mai lasa doar 2 minute, cat sa se lege sosul. Vanata, odata inmuiata sub capac, se destrama si ingroasa natural sosul, in timp ce iaurtul aduce catifelarea si o nota usor acrisoara. Cheia este sa adaugi iaurtul spre final, la foc mic, si sa il gatesti doar cateva minute: asa ramane cremos si nu se taie. Rosiile cherry aduc dulceata si aciditate care echilibreaza totul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce le servesti si idei de variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceste paste sunt satioase ca fel principal, dar merg minunat alaturi de o gustare mica pe baza de vinete, daca vrei sa ramai pe aceeasi tema. Poti incepe masa cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mutabal-salata-de-vinete-cu-tahini\/\">mutabal, o salata de vinete cu tahini<\/a>, sau cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-vinete-marinate-la-borcan\/\">humus cu vinete marinate la borcan<\/a>. Daca ai chef de mai multe paste rapide, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/spaghete-cu-avocado-busuioc-fara-gluten\/\">spaghetele cu avocado si busuioc fara gluten<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-cu-pesto-de-rucola\/\">pastele cu pesto de rucola<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru variatii, poti adauga fulgi de ardei iute daca vrei sosul mai picant, sau cateva frunze de busuioc proaspat pe langa patrunjel. Se pastreaza intr-un recipient inchis la frigider 2-3 zile. Cand le incalzesti, adauga o lingura de apa sau putin iaurt de soia si incalzeste-le la foc mic, ca sa readuci sosul la consistenta cremoasa. Nu le lasa sa fiarba tare la reincalzire, ca sa nu se taie iaurtul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa explorezi mai multe idei fara gluten, arunca un ochi si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pizza-vegana-fara-gluten-vinete-dovlecei\/\">pizza vegana fara gluten cu vinete si dovlecei<\/a> sau peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-vinete-linte\/\">chiftelutele de vinete cu linte<\/a>, doua retete care merg bine in acelasi meniu de saptamana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci reteta, mi-ar placea mult sa imi spui cat de cremos ti-a iesit sosul de vinete si daca ai mers pe varianta mai iute.
