Se face dintr-un aluat simplu pe baza de faina fara gluten, mere transformate in smoothie, oua si scortisoara, asa ca o poti pune in cuptor chiar si intr-o seara de peste saptamana. O parte le-am consumat ca smoothie, pentru ca suc nu prea iesea din ele, am facut o tona de sos de mere, iar restul le-am pus la treaba in aceasta prajitura umeda cu mere, pe care am facut-o deja de vreo trei ori pana acum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand mi-a venit ideea, eu aveam in minte de fapt un chec cu umplutura de mere. Pentru ca am adaugat cam mult smoothie de mere, s-a transformat intr-o prajitura umeda si extrem de aromata. Practic am plecat de la reteta mea de baza pentru checuri si am ajustat-o pentru desertul acesta, iar rezultatul mi-a depasit asteptarile. Am folosit faina fara gluten MixIt de la Schar, pentru ca glutenul e inamicul numarul unu pentru mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si de ce conteaza fiecare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista este scurta si fara ingrediente exotice. Cheia este piureul de mere: 700 ml de mere coapte facute smoothie aduc umezeala si dulceata naturala, asa incat prajitura ramane jilava si dupa ce se raceste. Pe de o parte, cantitatea generoasa de piure de mere inlocuieste o buna parte din grasime si tine miezul jilav, fara sa il usuce la copt. Pe de alta parte, albusurile batute spuma si incorporate la final cu spatula aduc aer in aluat, asa ca prajitura creste frumos in loc sa ramana densa. O tai si o servesti la temperatura camerei, simpla sau cu un strop de zahar pudra pe deasupra. Daca vrei sa o faci din timp, este perfecta pentru asta, pentru ca aroma de scortisoara se aseaza si mai frumos a doua zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca esti la inceput cu copturile fara gluten, iti recomand sa explorezi si alte retete din aceeasi familie: un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-fara-gluten-cacao\/\">chec fara gluten cu cacao<\/a> pentru zilele cu pofta de ciocolata, festivul <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-fara-gluten-vanilie-fructe\/\">tort fara gluten cu vanilie si fructe<\/a> pentru ocazii speciale, sau, daca tot ai mere in casa, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-rasturnata-cu-mere\/\">prajitura rasturnata cu mere<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cornulete-cu-mere-si-scortisoara\/\">cornuletele cu mere si scortisoara<\/a>.
