Da, da, este o alta reteta de pere posate, dar de data aceasta ne vom &#8220;juca&#8221; cu vinul alb. Pentru mine, aceasta reteta este pur si simplu perfecta! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Chiar daca majoritatea retetelor cu pere posate implica folosirea vinului rosu, permiteti-mi sa va spun inca de la inceput ca vinul alb functioneaza la fel de bine in aceasta combinatie. Bineinteles, rezultatul final nu va fi la fel de rozaliu si frumos, dar gustul va fi in continuare delicios si irezistibil. Perele posate in vin rosu sunt romantice, dar cele posate in vin alb sunt pur si simplu &#8220;de basm&#8221;, iar textura este la fel de moale si fina. Aceste doua elemente &#8211; perele si blondie-ul &#8211; sunt extrem de bune de sine statatoare. Dar cand le combinam? O, Doamne, ce buna este aceasta combinatie! Iar &#8220;buna&#8221; este putin spus, credeti-ma.<\/p><p>Dupa parerea mea, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cobbler-de-pere\/\">perele<\/a><\/strong> nu au parte de aprecierea pe care o merita. Si, daca e sa fiu sincera, nici mie nu-mi placeau foarte tare atunci cand eram mica. A trebuit sa cresc si sa intru in bucatarie si sa experimentez pentru a intelege pe deplin ca perele sunt un fruct pe cat de banal, pe atat de extraordinar. Un fel de &#8220;bijuterie ascunsa&#8221; a bucatariei. Cu siguranta ca imi place sa &#8220;infulec&#8221; niste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-de-casa-cu-ciocolata-si-unt-de-arahide\/\">inghetata vegana de casa<\/a><\/strong> din cand in cand si poate si o felie de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-cu-lime-si-ciocolata\/\">tarta cu lime si ciocolata<\/a><\/strong>. Dar nu simt intotdeauna nevoia unui dulce dupa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">fiecare pranz<\/a><\/strong>. Dar cand vine vorba de aceste pere posate in vin alb&#8230; ei, asta-i altceva! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>As putea manca aceste blondies cu pere in fiecare zi daca as putea si mi s-ar parea la fel de bune si speciale in continuare. Pur si simplu nu te poti plictisi de acest gust si aceasta textura! Si ce-mi place cel mai mult la aceasta reteta este faptul ca nu este extrem de dulce. O aroma foarte intensa, asta-i sigur! Puteti sa uitati deja de gustul simplu si oarecum plictisitor al perelor proaspete. In plus, noua lor textura, moale si fina, este un element foarte special in acest desert. Iar astazi am ales sa combin aceste elemente cu un blondie subtil, crocant si foarte aromat. Pentru ca daca tot e sa ne bucuram de un desert din cand in cand, macar sa o facem cum se cuvine, nu-i asa?<\/p><p>Daca vreti sa va bucurati la maximum de acest preparat, va propun sa serviti aceste blondies cu pere posate in vin alb impreuna cu cateva cupe de inghetata de vanilie langa. Pana la urma sunt atat de usor de facut si cu atat mai usor de mancat, asa ca nu vad de ce nu! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p><strong>SFAT:\u00a0<\/strong>Singura regula cand vine vorba de alegerea vinului pentru perele posate este calitatea lui. Daca este un vin indeajuns de bun incat sa-l turnati intr-un pahar si sa-l beti asa cum este, atunci este un vin suficient de bun si pentru aceasta reteta. Indiferent daca alegeti sa-l preparati pentru o ocazie speciala sau pur si simplu ca sa va bucurati de ceva bun intr-o zi normala, va asigur ca nu exista raspuns gresit aici. Trebuie doar sa fiti pregatiti sa fiti dati pe spate, atata tot! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Daca va hotarati sa incercati aceasta reteta, nu uitati sa va intoarceti aici si sa-mi spuneti cum v-a iesit in sectiunea de comentarii de mai jos. Sunt foarte curioasa sa aflu daca v-a placut la fel de mult cum mi-a placut mie.
