Inainte de a-l gati, trebuie hidratat: il fierbi, apoi il scurgi foarte bine. Acest pas de scurgere este esential, fiindca daca ramane prea multa apa in el nu va prinde aroma condimentelor si va dilua sosul de rosii in tigaie. Stoarce-l intre palme sau cu dosul unei linguri intr-o sita inainte sa il calesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avocado<\/strong> se foloseste copt, zdrobit cu furculita impreuna cu suc de lamaie, sare si piper. Sucul de lamaie nu este doar pentru gust: aciditatea incetineste oxidarea, asa ca crema isi pastreaza culoarea verde mai mult timp. Alege un avocado care cedeaza usor la apasare, dar nu este moale ca terciul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cascavalul<\/strong> poate fi de post (vegan) sau normal, in functie de dieta ta. Pentru o varianta complet vegana foloseste un cascaval vegetal care se topeste bine. Il presari ras peste lipie, fiindca el este &#8220;cleiul&#8221; care lipeste cele doua jumatati cand se topeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ardeiul jalapeno<\/strong> si <strong>usturoiul<\/strong> dau caracterul picant si aromat. Daca vrei mai putin iute, scoate semintele si membranele albe din jalapeno inainte sa il toci, acolo se concentreaza cea mai mare parte din capsaicina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Amestecul de condimente<\/strong> (de tip &#8220;pentru carne&#8221;) plus <strong>sucul de rosii<\/strong> (passata) sunt cele care transforma soia neutra intr-o umplutura cu gust mexican intens. Tortilla de porumb completeaza profilul autentic al retetei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucuri ca sa iasa perfect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-list wp-block-list\"><li>Scurge texturatul de soia pana nu mai picura deloc. O umplutura prea umeda inmoaie lipia si quesadilla nu se mai rumeneste frumos.<\/li><li>Caleste mai intai ceapa pana se inmoaie (aproximativ 2 minute), abia apoi adauga jalapeno si usturoiul pentru un minut. Usturoiul se arde repede daca il pui de la inceput si capata gust amar.<\/li><li>Foloseste foc mediu spre mic cand prajesti lipiile. Pe foc prea mare tortilla se arde inainte ca branza dinauntru sa apuce sa se topeasca.<\/li><li>Apasa quesadilla cu o spatula dupa ce ai impaturit-o. Asa se aplatizeaza, se lipeste mai bine si capeti acea suprafata crocanta uniforma.<\/li><li>Stii ca este gata cand fiecare parte e rumenita auriu si cascavalul s-a topit complet inauntru. Daca iti raman, poti pastra umplutura de soia separat la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 2-3 zile, si asa nu inmoaie lipiile. Crema de avocado se prepara cel mai bine proaspat, fiindca se oxideaza repede; daca o pastrezi, pune folie direct pe suprafata ei si suc de lamaie in plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru a le reincalzi, foloseste o tigaie pe foc mic, nu cuptorul cu microunde, ca sa redevina crocante. Le poti asambla si la fata locului, avand umplutura pregatita din timp, ideale pentru un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-cina\/\">meniu rapid de cina<\/a>.
