Iata cum puteti prepara o placinta cu legume de post\/vegana, foarte satioasa si sanatoasa!<\/em><\/p><p>De fiecare data cand ma gandesc la &#8220;mancare de confort&#8221; (comfort food), exista cateva feluri care-mi vin imediat in minte &#8211; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/caserola-burrito-la-cuptor\/\">caserole<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/falafel-la-tava\/\">falafel<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-la-cuptor-cu-rosii\/\">paste la cuptor<\/a><\/strong> si, bineinteles, o placinta cu legume de tip &#8220;pot pie&#8221;. Foarte simplu: un pot pie este un mix de legume si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-de-ciuperci\/\">sos<\/a><\/strong>, cu o crusta crocanta deasupra. Simplu si gustos!<\/p><p>Asadar, ce ar putea sa nu va placa in aceasta combinatie? Aluat crocant. Sos cremos. Legume gustoase si sanatoase. O placinta cu legume de tip pot pie combina tot ce este mai bun la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placinta-ciobanului-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">o placinta<\/a><\/strong> si la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tocana-africana-cu-arahide\/\">o tocanita<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0in aceeasi tava. Si, pentru mine, acest lucru rimeaza cu perfectiunea! Pana la urma e vorba doar de niste aluat si cateva legume, nu-i asa? Nu, nu! Toate ingredientele din aceasta placinta cu legume sunt pline cu arome minunate, de la inceput si pana la final.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Aluatul crocant adauga o textura foarte speciala acestui preparat, mai ales cand bagam furculita in tava pentru prima oara. Sosul este cremos si plin de ierburi aromate si completeaza de minune mixul de legume. Iar rezultatul final este extrem de satios, gustos si, ca sa-i punem capac cu totul, este si foarte usor de facut. Nici ca se poate mai bine de atat! \ud83d\ude42 Chiar este foarte simplu &#8211; tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa puneti legumele in sos, apoi sa puneti totul intr-un recipient pentru cuptor, iar apoi sa bagati totul la cuptor. Da, am facut un sos vegan\/de post folosind ingrediente vegane, desigur &#8211; cum ar fi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-unt-vegan-de-post-fara-lactoza-acasa\/\">untul vegetal<\/a><\/strong> si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\">laptele de migdale<\/a><\/strong>. Iar pentru umplutura am folosit o gramada de legume aromate <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burrito-cu-cartofi\/\">cum ar fi cartofi<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulada-cu-morcovi\/\">morcovi<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/scoici-vegane-cu-piure-de-mazare\/\">mazare<\/a><\/strong> si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pateuri-cu-spanac\/\">spanac<\/a><\/strong>. Iar daca sunteti in cautarea unui <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/proteinele-in-dieta-vegana\/\">plus de proteine<\/a><\/strong>, puteti foarte bine sa adaugati si cateva <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cubulete-de-tofu-cu-usturoi-in-sos-chinezesc\/\">cubulete de tofu<\/a><\/strong> sau carne vegana la acest amestec. Eu am ales sa nu fac acest lucru de data asta, dar voi puteti sa experimentati cat vreti folosind ingredientele preferate!&nbsp;<\/p><p>Cum ramane cu ierburile si condimentele? Ei bine, eu am folosit patrunjel, cativa catei de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/taitei-cu-usturoi\/\">usturoi<\/a><\/strong> si ceapa &#8211; in mare parte pentru ca-mi place sa pastrez lucrurile simple si clasice. Dar poate ca voi veti dori sa mai adaugati cateva lucruri, cum ar fi cimbru proaspat sau rozmarin. Nimic gresit in asta!<\/p><p>Am ajuns la capitolul &#8220;aluat&#8221;. Aici puteti sa fiti aventurosi si sa preparati propriul aluat vegan acasa &#8211; exista nenumarate retete pe net si intregul proces este foarte simplu. Sau puteti sa cumparati foietaj din comert. Trebuie doar sa aveti grija sa fie de post. Adica e o optiune minunata pentru zilele friguroase cand nu ai chef sa iesi din casa sau sa te ridici de pe canapea;<\/li>\n\n<li>Lista de ingrediente este foarte flexibila. Sunteti liberi sa adaugati, omiteti sau inlocuiti orice tip de leguma din reteta de mai jos;<\/li>\n\n<li>Te lasa sa alegi. Poti prepara o placinta cu legume mare, intr-o singura tava, sau poti prepara mai multe placintele mici in vase tip ramekin. Acestea vor fi mici si dragute!<\/li><\/ul><p>Acestea fiind spuse, daca aveti o ora libera astazi sau zilele acestea, va recomand sa mergeti in bucatarie si sa preparati aceasta placinta cu legume delicioasa. Este perfecta pentru pranz sau cina sau, daca vreti sa le aratati celor dragi cat tineti la ei, puteti prepara aceasta placinta cu legume pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-mancare-de-post\/\">urmatoarea masa in familie<\/a><\/strong>. Va asigur ca toata lumea va fi impresionata! Iar daca NU sunteti adeptii unei diete vegane, sunteti liberi sa adaugati si cateva bucatele din carnea preferata in umplutura. Puiul se potriveste cel mai bine in acesst amestec, daca ma intrebati pe mine.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Imi place la nebunie sa prepar aceasta placinta cu legume cremoasa iarna, mai ales. Cand vremea este mohorata sau este foarte frig afara si tot ce vrei este sa stai inauntru sub o patura pufoasa, atunci este cel mai bun moment pentru acest fel de mancare. Va va face ziua de 10 ori mai buna, va promit! Sa spunem ca 10 minute vor fi suficiente &#8211; asta daca veti putea sta departe si nu veti fi rapusi de pofta. Atentie: sosul va poate ARDE daca este abia scos din cuptor!<\/p><p><strong>SFATUL MEU #2:&nbsp;<\/strong>Nu aveti prea mult timp la indemana? Puteti prepara mixul de sos si legume inainte si sa-l pastrati la frigider pana in ziua coacerii placintei. Maxim 48 de ore, desigur!<\/p><p>O reteta perfecta pentru weekend. Solutia pentru o zi rece, ploioasa sau chiar cu ninsoare. Un deliciu pentru simturi. Sper ca v-am convins sa incercati aceasta placinta cu legume cat mai curand! Iar daca va hotarati sa o preparati, la fel cum va zic de obicei, nu uitati sa va intoarceti aici si sa-mi spuneti si mie intr-un comentariu cum v-a iesit. Sunt tare curioasa sa aflu.
