Supe creme, ca sa fiu mai precisa. Ce poate transforma o zi posomorata intr-una mai buna daca nu un castron mare de supa crema fierbinte? Ce imi place cel mai mult la supele creme este ca, pe langa gustul minunat, sunt extrem de usor de facut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mai e un motiv pentru care revin mereu la reteta asta: cerul este limita cand vine vorba de supe creme, iar acesta este un lucru care mie imi place tare mult. Este foarte usor sa o adaptez si sa improvizez, asa ca, daca si voua va displace sa aruncati legumele &#8220;vechi&#8221; si &#8220;imbatranite&#8221; la fel de mult cum imi displace mie, atunci puteti prepara aceasta supa cu orice legume aveti uitate prin spatele frigiderului sau in debara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceasta reteta e potrivita daca ai nevoie de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O masa calda si reconfortanta pentru zilele gri, reci si ploioase, cand iti doresti ceva care sa te incalzeasca din interior.<\/li>\n<li>O metoda inteligenta de a salva legumele uitate prin frigider inainte sa se strice, fara sa arunci nimic.<\/li>\n<li>Un pranz sau o cina rapida, gata in aproximativ 30 de minute, cu efort minim si vase putine.<\/li>\n<li>O reteta vegana, fara gluten in mod natural, potrivita pentru zilele de post sau pentru cei care evita produsele de origine animala.<\/li>\n<li>O optiune buna de meal prep pentru weekend, pe care o portionezi si o ai pregatita pentru zilele aglomerate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Este incredibil de simpla.<\/strong> Tai legumele cuburi, le fierbi, le pasezi la blender si gata. Alege morcovi fermi, fara pete moi sau zone verzui in partea de sus, semn ca au stat prea mult. Morcovii mai mici si mai inchisi la culoare sunt de obicei mai dulci. Curatati de coaja si taiati in cuburi, fierb uniform si se paseaza foarte fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cartofii<\/strong> (2 bucati, curatati de coaja) sunt cei care dau corp si cremozitate supei. Pentru o textura mai catifelata, alege cartofi cu continut mediu spre ridicat de amidon, nu cei cerosi pentru salata. Cand fierb, amidonul se elibereaza si ingroasa natural crema, asa ca nu ai nevoie de faina sau de alti agenti de ingrosare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dovlecelul<\/strong> (1 bucata) este ingredientul cu cea mai mare cantitate de apa, motiv pentru care se adauga la fiert cu 10 minute mai tarziu decat restul legumelor. Asa eviti sa se faca terci si sa lase prea multa apa in supa. Alege un dovlecel mic spre mediu, ferm si cu coaja lucioasa; cei prea mari au seminte dezvoltate si gust mai apos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pastarnacul<\/strong> (1 bucata, curatat de coaja) aduce o nota dulce-pamantie, usor picanta, care da supei profunzime si o scoate din zona banala. Cauta radacini ferme, de marime medie; pastarnacul foarte gros are adesea un miez lemnos in centru, pe care e bine sa il indepartezi inainte de fierbere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cartoful dulce<\/strong> (1 bucata, curatat de coaja) intareste dulceata naturala si adanceste culoarea spre portocaliu cald. Alege unul ferm, fara zone moi sau pete inchise. Pentru ca este mai dulce decat cartoful obisnuit, da supei un echilibru placut intre dulce si savuros, mai ales alaturi de piper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> (4 linguri) se adauga la blender, nu la fiert, ca sa isi pastreze aroma si untura matasoasa. Un ulei de masline extravirgin de calitate face diferenta in gustul final; cauta unul cu aciditate scazuta si aroma fructata, pe care il poti pune si ca fir deasupra la servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smantana vegetala lichida<\/strong> (250 ml, pe baza de orez sau soia) este cea care transforma piureul de legume intr-o crema fina si bogata. Eu prefer smantana de gatit vegana pe baza de soia sau orez pentru ca are un gust mai neutru, spre deosebire de laptele sau crema de cocos, care lasa o aroma puternica de cocos. Asigura-te ca este varianta lichida, de gatit, nu cea pentru frisca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Taie legumele in cuburi de marimi similare<\/strong> inainte sa le pui la fiert. Asa fierb uniform si nu ramai cu bucati tari de morcov langa altele deja terci.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga dovlecelul cu 10 minute mai tarziu.<\/strong> Este o greseala frecventa sa pui toate legumele odata; dovlecelul fierbe mult mai repede si, daca il lasi de la inceput, se dizolva si dilueaza supa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu arunca apa in care au fiert legumele.<\/strong> Pastreaz-o intr-un vas separat si adaug-o treptat la blender pana ajungi la consistenta dorita. Are gust si te ajuta sa reglezi crema exact cum o vrei, de la groasa la fluida.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca legumele sunt gata<\/strong> cand le strapungi usor cu furculita, fara rezistenta, dupa aproximativ 20 de minute de fiert. Poti folosi practic orice legume ai uitate prin frigider sau in debara, de la telina si pastarnac la dovleac, conopida sau praz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smantana vegetala:<\/strong> daca nu gasesti varianta pe baza de orez sau soia, poti folosi alta smantana de gatit vegana. Eu evit crema de cocos pentru ca lasa o aroma puternica de cocos care domina legumele.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consistenta:<\/strong> pentru o supa mai groasa, adauga mai putina apa de fiert; pentru una mai fluida, mai multa. Tu decizi cat de cremoasa o vrei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condimente:<\/strong> pe langa sare si piper, poti adauga un praf de nucsoara, putin usturoi sau ghimbir ras pentru un plus de caldura si aroma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supa crema de legume se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile si se reincalzeste foarte bine la foc mic, amestecand din cand in cand. Daca s-a ingrosat la frigider, adauga putina apa sau smantana vegetala cand o reincalzesti, pana revine la consistenta dorita. Se congeleaza si ea bine pana la 3 luni; doar lasa-o sa se dezghete la frigider peste noapte si amesteca bine dupa reincalzire, pentru ca uneori se separa usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Probabil stiti cat de mult imi plac organizarea si meal prep-ul din weekend, iar aceasta supa este o recomandare tare buna pentru asta.
