Vom folosi acest amestec delicios pentru a umple foile de varza rosie, iar mai apoi vom lasa totul sa fiarba pret de cam doua ore. Stiu, stiu, sarmalele necesita de obicei destul de mult timp de preparare si ceva rabdare pentru rulat, dar rezultatul merita de fiecare data, mai ales daca v-ati hotarat sa pregatiti ceva cu adevarat special pentru cei dragi de Craciun.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Probabil stiti deja ca mai am o reteta pe blog pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sarmale-de-post\/\">sarmale de post<\/a><\/strong>, de anul trecut. Ei bine, reteta aceea contine fix aceleasi ingrediente pentru umplutura, doar ca am folosit, in mod clasic, foi de varza alba murata in loc de varza rosie de astazi. Mie-mi place sa tin lucrurile cat mai simple si clasice, asadar aleg sa le mananc alaturi de putina mamaliga fierbinte si niste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smantana-de-post-cu-probiotice\/\">smantana de post<\/a><\/strong> (preferabil cea facuta in casa). Cam asa se servesc sarmalele in mod traditional in Romania, dupa cum bine stiti, si la Craciun, dar si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-revelion\/\">Revelion<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p><p>Unul dintre cele mai mari avantaje la aceasta reteta este faptul ca poate fi facuta in avans si apoi congelata pentru mai tarziu. Da, sarmalele stau bine-mersi congelate pana la 4 luni si pot fi reincalzite foarte usor, desi trebuie sa luati in considerare faptul ca varza s-ar putea sa se mai inmoaie putin fata de momentul in care le-ati gatit prima oara. Chiar daca varza rosie este ceva mai dura comparata cu varza alba sau, mai ales, cu varza murata, ea se potriveste de minune in aceasta reteta deoarece completeaza de minune textura umpluturii. Tot ce a mai ramas este sa faceti rost de ingredientele necesare si sa va apucati de treaba! Chiar daca aceasta reteta va va &#8220;manca&#8221; ceva mai mult timp si rabdare comparand cu majoritatea retetelor de pe blogul meu, eu cred ca merita 100%, mai ales pentru o cina de Craciun. Adauga morcovii, \u00bd din pasta de rosii, \u00bd din mararul tocat, mararul uscat, cimbrul, sare si piper.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-160345-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Amesteca bine. Lasa sa se raceasca.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-160345-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><strong>Pentru a forma sarmalele:<\/strong><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-160345-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pune o lingura de amestec pentru frunza. Acopera umplutura cu marginea de la baza frunzei. Indoaie marginile de pe ambele parti si acopera umplutura. Ruleaza sarmaua strans, astfel incat sa nu sa se desfaca in timpul gatitului.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-160345-step-0-12\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Repeta cu restul frunzelor pina nu se termina amestecul.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-160345-step-0-13\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Intr-o cratita mare cu fund dublu, asterne cateva frunze mari, nefolosite la sarmale. Aranjeaza sarmalele in straturi peste ele, in doua sau trei randuri.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-160345-step-0-14\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Apoi acopera cu un alt strat de frunze. Presara cu o parte din marar si o parte de pasta de rosii.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-160345-step-0-15\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Repeta procedura pana la ultima sarmaluta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-160345-step-0-16\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Acopera ultimul strat de sarmale cu inca cateva frunze de varza.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-160345-step-0-17\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Adauga frunzele de dafin si boabele de piper.
