Textura, gustul, aspectul, toate&nbsp;se&nbsp;completeaza perfect in aceasta reteta&nbsp;sanatoasa, fara carne.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Am auzit prima oara de<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lauraadamache.ro\/2008\/07\/seitan.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> seitan<\/strong><\/a>, si cat de perfect este ca inlocuitor de carne,\u00a0acum un an. Tot cam in aceeasi perioada, am aflat ca glutenul nu este tocmai prietenul meu&#8230;asa ca a fost o veste\u00a0destul de\u00a0trista pentru mine. Nu mai puteam sa incerc vreodata retete de &#8220;carne falsa&#8221; cu seitan. Aproape am renuntat la idee, crezand ca trebuie sa ma multumesc cu retetele mele de <a href=\"http:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/chiftelute\/\"><strong>burgeri vegetarieni<\/strong><\/a> (care sunt foarte bune, btw \ud83d\ude42 ) pentru a-mi satisface poftele. Ideea mi-a venit cand am observat cum se comporta pastele fara gluten atunci cand le lasi fie prea mult in apa, fie le bagi la frigider. Acestea devin lipicioase si gumoase. Aici e cu adevarat problema. Nu am vrut sa creez pur si simplu o chiftea lipicioasa si moale, care arata a friptura dar nu are pic de textura. Asa ca am decis sa folosesc ciupercile Pleurotus pentru a crea textura de care aveam nevoie.<\/p><p>Gustul a fost si mai usor de obtinut. Carnea are gust bun doar pentru ca e asezonata cu plante. Fara condimente e oribila. Eu de obicei fac o cantitate mai mare si le pun in pungute Ziploc la congelator. Cand am pofta de o &#8220;friptura&#8221; pur si simplu o dezghet si o gatesc. \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Sper sa va placa reteta si sa o incercati si voi, chiar daca poate parea complicata la inceput, insa credeti-ma&#8230;nu e! Daca ai ingrediente intregi, nemacinate, este ideal sa pui toate ingredientele mai sus mentionate intr-o rasnita, sau un blender si sa le macini pe toate deodata. Adauga jumatate din mixul de condimente, 2 linguri de ulei, si sare. Adauga 1\/2 pahar cu apa si otetul. Amesteca. Proceseaza-le pana se formeaza o pasta lipicioasa. Pune ciupercile din bol, cu tot cu lichid, in tigaie. Gateste-le la foc mediu cca. 30 de minute. Lasa-le acoperite cu un capac. Adauga sosul de barbecue si amesteca. Ia ~2-3 lingui de aluat si infasoara-l in jurul unei bucati de ciuperca intreaga. Ciuperca fa vi un fel de umplutura, iar aluatul va fi crusta.
