In loc de jackfruit, folosim ciuperci Pleurotus, care se destrama in fasii lungi si subtiri exact ca pulled pork-ul clasic din carne. Le sotam intr-un amestec bogat de condimente afumate, le asezam intr-o chifla cu maioneza vegana, rucola si ceapa caramelizata, iar rezultatul are si textura, si gustul care te pacalesc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am reusit! Eu as spune chiar ca am nimerit super-bine si textura, dar si gustul! \ud83d\ude42 Pur si simplu, nu pot sa nu imi arat bucuria imensa. Ne-am dezlantuit cand l-am mancat, atat eu cat si Costin le savuram si radeam unul de celalalt cand ne vedeam &#8220;picatati&#8221; pe fata cu sos. Ciupercile Pleurotus imita perfect aceasta textura pentru ca au fibre lungi si carnoase care se desfac natural in fasii cand le tai in lungime. In plus, ele absorb condimentele ca un burete, asa ca preiau tot gustul afumat si dulce-picant al marinatei. Asta le face inlocuitorul ideal, mult mai ieftin si mai usor de gasit decat jackfruit-ul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele-cheie si cum le alegi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciupercile Pleurotus sunt vedeta retetei. Alege-le ferme, cu palaria intacta si fara pete umede sau maronii &#8212; cu cat sunt mai proaspete, cu atat se destrama mai frumos. Amestecul de condimente e ceea ce transforma niste ciuperci simple in ceva care aduce a pulled pork: boia dulce si boia afumata, ienibahar, cimbru, coriandru, seminte de mustar, usturoi si ceapa pudra. Boiaua afumata e trecuta ca optionala in reteta, dar eu o recomand cu tarie &#8212; ea da acea nota de gratar care face toata diferenta. Pudra de roscove aduce dulceata subtila si culoarea inchisa, iar sosul BBQ si otetul completeaza echilibrul dulce-acrisor. Cand le sotezi la foc mediu timp de aproximativ 20 de minute, adauga putina apa doar cat sa nu se arda &#8212; ciupercile lasa apa la inceput, apoi o reabsorb impreuna cu condimentele, iar la final trebuie sa fie moi si putin caramelizate, nu inotand in lichid. Pentru ceapa caramelizata, ai rabdare: se calesc la foc mic cu putina sare, care ajuta la eliberarea apei si la rumenirea uniforma. Nu grabi acest pas la foc mare, altfel ceapa se arde pe dinafara si ramane cruda pe dinauntru. Semnul ca totul e gata: ciupercile sunt aurii si aromate, iar ceapa e dulce si moale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce se potriveste si idei de servire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burgerul asta e satios de unul singur, dar merge minunat cu ceva crocant si acrisor alaturi. Daca vrei sa ramai in zona de burgeri vegani si sa faci o seara tematica, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegetal-cu-fasole-adzuki\/\">burgerul vegetal cu fasole adzuki<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegetarian-cu-linte-cartof-dulce\/\">burgerul vegetarian cu linte si cartof dulce<\/a> pentru varietate. Iar daca vrei sa stapanesti arta chiftelutelor vegetariene de la zero, ti-am pregatit <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ghidul-burgerului-vegetarian-perfect-cum-sa-prepari-chiftelute-vegetariene\/\">ghidul burgerului vegetarian perfect<\/a>, cu toate trucurile de care ai nevoie. Daca ti-au ramas ciuperci Pleurotus, le poti pune si intr-o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ciorba-de-burta-vegana-supa-acra-de-ciuperci-pleurotus\/\">ciorba de burta vegana din ciuperci Pleurotus<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il pastrezi si il pregatesti din timp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partea buna e ca umplutura de ciuperci se pregateste excelent din timp. Sotate si condimentate, ciupercile rezista 3-4 zile la frigider intr-un recipient inchis si se incalzesc rapid intr-o tigaie inainte de servire &#8212; ba chiar prind si mai mult gust dupa o zi. La fel, ceapa caramelizata poate fi facuta in avans si pastrata separat la rece. Iti recomand sa asamblezi burgerii abia inainte de a-i manca, ca sa nu se inmoaie chifla. Daca vrei sa faci o portie mai mare pentru mai multe zile, tine componentele separat si combina-le proaspat de fiecare data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci reteta, mi-ar placea sa stiu daca ai pus si boiaua afumata (eu zic ca merita!) si cum ti-a iesit destramarea ciupercilor. Lasa-mi un comentariu si o evaluare mai jos &#8212; si spune-mi daca te-ai &#8220;picatat&#8221; cu sos pe fata, ca noi. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
