Iti propun, in continuarea articolului, sa aruncam o privire mai atenta asupra acestui subiect!<\/p>\n<div id=\"haolexxnmihrjnotorym\" data-volume=\"70\" data-ratio=\"16:9\"><\/div>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"\/\/video.mediavine.com\/videos\/haolexxnmihrjnotorym.js\" async data-noptimize><\/script><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ce este glutenul?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sa aflam, mai intai, ce este glutenul. De fapt, glutenul este denumirea proteinei naturale care se afla in faina, ovaz, orz s.a.m.d. Glutenul se gaseste intr-o selectie larga de alimente si bauturi si face parte din alimentatia noastra de cateva sute de ani. Destul de mult timp, nu? Ei, bine, nu si din punctul de vedere al evolutiei!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>De ce ar trebui sa evitam glutenul?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Probabil ca esti familiarizat cu faptul ca majoritatea mancarii si bauturilor pe care le gasim pe rafturile magazinelor contin gluten, asa ca te intrebi de ce este atat de periculos? Unul din motivele principale este acela ca poate afecta intestinele, mai ales la persoanelor diagnosticate cu boala celiaca.<\/p>\n<p>In cazul persoanelor care sufera de boala celiaca, consumul de alimente care contin gluten duce la situatia in care propriul lor sistem imunitar le ataca corpul, cu precadere intestinul subtire. Acest lucru nu doar ca impiedica absorbtia nutrientilor, dar cauzeaza si alte efecte secundare extrem de neplacute precum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oboseala<\/li>\n<li>Constipatia<\/li>\n<li>Diareea<\/li>\n<li>Scaderea in greutate<\/li>\n<li>Cresterea in greutate<\/li>\n<li>Flatulenta<\/li>\n<li>Crampe stomacale<\/li>\n<li>Meteorism<\/li>\n<li>Crampe abdominale<\/li>\n<li>Greata<\/li>\n<li>Sindromul Intestinului Iritabil (SII)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nu doar cei care sufera de boala celiaca platesc pretul consumului de gluten, ci si cei care au o sensibilitate la gluten. In cazul acestora, simptomele sunt asemanatoare cu acelea alea celiachiei.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, a fost dovedit faptul ca, prin consumarea de gluten, se pot declansa alte boli printre care:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boala Crohn<\/li>\n<li>Fibromialgia<\/li>\n<li>Diabetul de tipul 1<\/li>\n<li>Artrita<\/li>\n<li>Colita ulcerativa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Cum putem evita consumul de gluten?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Desi nu este imposibil, poate fi destul de complicat sa eviti consumul de gluten. Mai jos, sunt cateva sfaturi utile.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Citeste cu atentie etichetele alimentelor pe care le cumperi.<\/li>\n<li>Cauta produse fara gluten in locul celor care contin gluten.<\/li>\n<li>Nu uita ca multe bauturi alcoolice, precum berea, contin gluten, asa ca ia in cosiderare alternativele fara gluten.<\/li>\n<li>Ai grija sa nu iti contaminezi mancarea fara gluten cu una care contine gluten; de exemplu, nu gati niciodata alimente pe o suprafata unde anterior a fost preparata o mancare cu gluten.<\/li>\n<li>Tine minte ca poti consuma in continuare mancaruri delicioase, chiar daca nu contin gluten.
